Het was een goede ervaring omdat je elke dag op de hoogte werd gehouden over de nieuwst woning zodat je gauw kon reageren op de woning.

The extremely fast notifications REALLY help getting a house. In two weeks time we got the first house viewing and in the second house viewing we got the house! Less than a month! Super grateful for Rentslam, I highly recommend.

Rentslam helped me a lot! I paid for a 3-month subscription, and after two months or so, I signed a lease contract for a rent-controlled apartment in an excellent location. I believe the timeliness of Rentslam’s notifications helped me be first on the list for this apartment. For me it was definitely worth the money.

In principe werkt de service prima. De meldingen via whatsapp zijn handig. De meldingen dan ook nog per mail krijgen niet zo. Voor de rest heb ik geen woning kunnen vinden omdat het aanbod heel karig was. Heb een soortgelijke app gebruikt tegelijk met rentslam en merkte dat rentslam sommige woningen niet eens doorstuurde. Dit is ook de rede dat ik mij heb uitgeschreven. Het liefst zou ik mijn geld terug willen krijgen.

Ik heb als studente binnen 1 maand een woning gevonden! Zelf was ik erg sceptisch over huur sites maar Rentslam zorgte ervoor dat ik ineens 3 bezichtigingen in 1 week had. Het is een kwestie van geduld maar ik kan je verzekeren dat Rentslam de goede manier is. (Tip voor rentslam: ik kreeg als student dagelijks appjes over Woonnet rijnmond woningen die voor mij geschikt waren, deze waren echter voor 65 plussers… misschien hier ook op filteren)

Opzich doet de service wat ze beloven, ze sturen je meldingen. Alleen zijn veel dingen die ze sturen waardeloos, soms gaat het zelfs om kantoorpanden.. Bijna alleen maar Funda en Parasius woningen werden doorgestuurd. Op Funda voldeed ik sowieso al niet aan de huurvoorwaarden omdat ik geen full time baan heb dus daar had ik steeds niks aan en alle parasius woningen ontvingt ik ook al via de mail aangezien die tegelijkertijd op huurwoningen worden geplaats waar je wel gratis meldingen krijgt. Ik had dus eigenlijk beter een parasius+ abonnement kunnen nemen dan RentSlam. Het liefst zou ik mijn geld terug willen aangezien ik na een maand niet eens 1 reactie terug heb gekregen en het voor mij 0 toegevoegde waarde had terwijl ze om de site met een 6.5 week gemiddelde woningzoekentijd pronken.

I don’t think we would have been able to find a house in NL without using RentSlam. Their service works really well, we had tried similar search engines before but none worked as well. Notifications are conveniently sent to your whatsapp and email so you can be among the very first making the application which unfortunately is a requirement to find a house these days. Highly recommended!!

Dankzij Rentslam was het mij gelukt om binnen twee maanden een nieuwe huurwoning te vinden. Dit is iets wat ik nooit had verwacht. Rentslam is zeker aan te raden om te gebruiken als je opzoek bent naar een nieuwe woning!

I was notified immediately on all new rooms available that matched my preferences.

It was really helpful to have new ads some straight to my inbox and not having to check all the rent pages myself. That allowed me to react really fast to new offer and also to discover some rental agencies I wouldn't know about otherwise. The demand is really high and you still need a lot persistence and luck to get invited for viewings and find a home, but RentSlam helps to make this experience easier.

I cannot speak highly enough of RentSlam. We got listings sent right to our phone (WhatsApp), the second they were posted. There was never a shortage of options and the instant messages were absolutely necessary in getting a chance to view various homes for rent in the Netherlands (where viewing slots fill up in a matter of hours).

RentSlam saved me hours of searching various websites and helped me to avoid fake/scam postings that often came up during our Google searches.

With RentSlam we were able to find a lovely apartment, in our budget and in a city we love. I would sincerely recommend anyone looking for housing in the NL use this service. It was worth every penny!

I found my house using RentSlam, which quickly sends notifications. Of course, there is some risk, as there could be scams in the notifications, or you might need to pay again when you click on them. However, I secured the house by acting fast and applying immediately after receiving the notification.
