I love this service

I love this service. The difference for me vs all the others is its brands you actually want to buy and wear and pieces that elevate. The other guys are just sending you no name low quality brands that you wouldn’t spend your money on, so why rent it! I’m looking at you Taelor.

Great clothing, quick shipping.

Website UX needs some work. It's not the most intuitive navigation nor the easiest to sift through clothing items, manage wishlist, etc.

Great Concept, fun process limited in season items

I love the process of ordering and the concept. Selections for my size have become extremely limited lately so I either reorder the same items or pass on everything. I’d also be much quicker to purchase more items from the store if they were a bit closer to “used” prices. Things are priced as new so I’m tempted to just buy direct.

Great selection of brands

Great selection of brands, good variety of options, very easy process for ordering and returning clothes. The only part that could be better is that often the specific item I want is unavailable (assuming another mmeber has it on order).

I was hoping to find a rental service that actually had great stuff. Everything seems super brand new. My past few items have still had the tags on.

So far good customer service
