Their customer service is so excellent…

Their customer service is so excellent they always reply to me immediately the product NAD itself is the fountain of youth. My packages arrive right at my door on ice in a nice cooler with recyclable ice packs that I can put in my plants. When I was confused about how much to inject or where or how they replied very quickly to me. The whole process was very easy. I highly recommend them.

I ordered Nad and Fed ex delivered my…

I ordered Nad and Fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address. I contacted Fed ex and did not receive the proper steps of what to do next, this has never happened to me before. I also contacted Renuvia’s customer service phone number and also wrote to them with no help. I never received my package or a refund. They stole &179. I will not recommend. No type of follow up or customer service, it’s a joke. I never received the package, and fed ex knows about it because I spoke to them. They took the picture and that doesn’t match my door step. I immediately reported the package delivered to the wrong address and you nor Fred ex did nothing to help. Like I said you stole $179. I cancelled my membership, how can I trust doing any business with you. Please. I have pictures to prove I reached out and you know it.

- Opened a FedEx investigation
- Provided you with FedEx delivery confirmation and photographic proof
- Responded to your customer service inquiries with tracking information

FedEx's investigation confirmed the package was delivered to the address provided. When your bank reviewed the chargeback dispute, they examined all evidence including:
- FedEx delivery confirmation with photos
- Our communication records
- FedEx investigation results

Your bank determined the charges were valid and resolved the dispute in our favor.

We understand delivery issues are frustrating, and we did our best to work with you and FedEx to investigate. We're committed to excellent customer service and rely on FedEx's delivery confirmation systems to verify deliveries.
