My meat arrived warm and is not safe to eat. They need to pack with more ice or accelerate shipping.
Update: the UPS delivery was delayed by a day. I feel like your packaging should be cold enough to provide a day of buffer for these instances. It was a $500 order, I am waiting for your team’s response to my email so we can figure out a solution.
Second Update: Rep customer service made it right - they were very helpful!

Hi Alec, we are so sorry to hear about your order. Looking at your tracking, UPS shows to have had an issue during transit causing your package to arrive delayed. Update: We do pack enough dry ice to withstand a small delay but your box was actually 4 days late since it got caught up over the weekend. I love everything from REP!!! I know I’m good quality meat and sauces! There’s never a long list of ingredients and I know that what they claim is true!! Even my kids know the difference between their products and grocery store products.

This time and the last time as…
This time and the last time as well...all the dry ice was GONE, nothing in the plastic bags. There was blood in the bottom of the insulation concoction. The blood stunk, like bad beef. The ox bones AND the steaks were dark bloody inside their plastic bags. Nothing was frozen or even cold. All bags of bones and steaks were warm to the touch. I put everything in the freezer when I received the box. If there is an explanation, please send it.

The 90/10 ground beef, amazing quality & taste. I’m 65yo & the smell of this ground beef cooking transported me back to my mom’s kitchen! THIS is what REAL beef smells like & the memories of real, good quality food are back!! .. The difference is truly quite obvious. Oh, the NY strip steaks —-> Incredible! Little salt & pepper & fire up the grill.
