One small glich in my order
One small glich in my order. I had ordered a one time add-on for skirt steaks and somehow it didn't stay just as a one-time order. I got more the next delivery and got charged for delivery even though my order was above the free shipping threshold. Otherwise quality of products is great and communication is great. I'm always informed of the next shipment arrival.

It looks like Becca reached out to you on April 28th and explained that you only received the skirt steaks once as a one time add-on like you requested. It looks like originally you accidentally added them as a subscription item so she changed it for you to a one time order. I also want to make sure you saw there was a refund issued to you for the shipping fee on April 28 as well. I’m really sorry about that. The order didn’t auto adjust to free shipping once those steaks were added bringing the order up to $175 or above. Very coarsely ground, and a lot of grissle, made for a chewy eating experience.
Flavor was 3/5 as well.

The Beef Sticks are the best you can find in the US. The quality of the primal ground beef is top notch. It is the only ground beef we use now. Delivery is fast, and everything stays frozen even in the Arizona sun and heat.

This cutting board is great! Very heavy. Kinda wished the would've finished the handles. You can see the drill marks but I can see what they didn't. It would be difficult I think. That being said it doesn't take away from how cool this sucker is. I'll be back for some of that meat for sure

first time ordering. the 90/10 burger is fabulous. the ribeyes were a little tough. The brisket is on the smoker right now. Thats all we have tried so far in our bundle. packaged very well. came frozen and delivered on time.
