Scam company. They relaunched and offered an intro offer which was very cheap. Then a month later they charged me £100 without warning. Turns out the guy stole all the original reps contact details, logos, etc, moved to Dubai and is just scamming people all around the world now. Simply disgraceful. He refused to give me my money back, so I went to the bank and got a chargeback thankfully. Do not trust.

Utterly horrendous, a total scam, REPs UK, REPs International. Fail to abide by GDPR and (inter)national law. I joined for one year to provide training (which was useless) & they stole money a year later. Caz Moore head person

I was charged for an automatic “renewal” I was never made aware of, with no clear notice or consent. I cancelled within hours of the payment being taken, yet REPs refused to refund and have ignored repeated written requests for evidence of any renewal notice or communication.

This approach is inconsistent with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which require fairness and transparency in contract terms. I have also raised concerns about how my personal and financial data were stored and used, given their failure to respond to lawful requests under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Deeply disappointed by the lack of accountability. I would advise others to exercise extreme caution and review any renewal terms closely before providing payment details.

They took payment for a year's membership (about £25) then a few months in they charged me almost £100 which was the first if a monthly fee for a product/service I neither wanted or needed and when I disputed it and cancelled the monthly subscription and asked for a refund (for the new subscription, not the original yearly one) it was refused. They then blocked my account and removed my original membership listing within the year. I have asked for the original £25 to be refunded but this has been ignored. This company is claiming to be the original REPs that was closed down a while ago but this is not the same organisation and certainly doesn't have the same regulatory functions or ethics as the original REPs. Avoid.

This company is masquerading as a defunct organisation and scamming members via a continuous payment scam. They are under investigation. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR BANK DETAILS!!

Please read and check all the previous reviews about REPs! It is absolutely true! I had to sign up with them because the studio I applied to asked to get varified with REPs, which I did. I had paid GBP 49 for the membership. But then without authorisation was subscribed automatically to another VIP membership for an additional GPB97, which I now fight over to get a refund from my bank. I have blocked my card which I used for payment on that website, just BECAUSE OF REPs!

IT IS A SCAM! PLEASE NEVER EVER USE ANY OF THEIR WEBSITES!

They keep changing the URLs and their company is registered in Dubai, so you have no means to sue them or get to them in any way! I have no idea how PureGym, where I applied, a big studio, could have recommended that in the first place!

Be aware of a deplorable subscription scam by this newly formed register for exercise professionals REPs UK, they ripped me off, as well as many other colleagues from the Personal Trainer industry in the UK. Initially, they used the same logo as the real REPs UK to build the trust they needed to gain more members (The real REPs UK merged with CIMSPA | Stronger Together a few years back, so do not sign up with this new REPs!!!).

This company is a scam, please do not join it, they charged me and all members a yearly membership fee between £9.99-£25.00. I payed my membership in May and it was due in may 2024. On the 1st September they took £97 out of my account without my person for a monthly membership I did not ask for. Myself and many others contacted REPS who refused to refund the money, we now rely on our banks to challenge them. Many members joined thinking they were the original REPS, however it turned out they weren’t but set up in the same name using the same logos. DONT join them

This is a scam company, set up to impersonate a now defunct organisation. Once they have your bank details they will take payments without prior authorisation.
