Your superb customer service, efficiency to renew my loan, and the knowledge of what the store offers, made me feel very comfortable. Ms. Niecey, as the manager, I admire how well you talk to the staff and intervene when there's a customer with questions that the teller may not be able to handle. My representative made my experience awesome. I know it's their job to sale the loan but he took his time and thoroughly explained to me my options. It sounds simple but he actually went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my loan decision.
