They came up on top when searching for a room, price looked good at no time did it say in US dollars (111.00 US to 170.00 CA )ended up being 40.00 more also that there was no refunds, if I had know it was a US company I would have never used it.

Don't trust the website displayed price they change it and present a different number.
Reservations.com scam you for at least 50% + of what you thought you were paying. Their web site will show one thing, they charge another. Booking.com will gladly take bookings from them and,won't help you regarding booking numbers and Pins..all greedy scammers and in it together. They dont sent you any conformation. Novatel chain, seem to be
their favourite target..Book your hotels direct, is my advice..or use Agoda .

Advertised price does not reflect credit card charges. They actually charged double plus a $19 fee. :Reservations Centre Altanta Ga USA $19.10. Ended up being $1200 for two night in Syd, when if they didn't trick us it would be $600 if booked direct. Plus we got charged $50 in international fees. Please refund ASAP. Thought i was booking on hotel web site for one night and booked a room costing £96.00 only to get confirmation the next day and was charged in US dollars with extra cost added US$ 77.45 RESORT FEES ??
US$ 65.79 TAX RECOVERY CHARGES ?? Total amount charged US$237.90. Have been unable to contact anyone, can't cancel as apparently the reservation is non refundable. A SCAM !!! Contacted hotel direct they said they have had an number of calls with same problem but nothing they could do as it was booked through a third party.

Total scam. As per reviews below you confirm a purchase price when booking a room. (€100) in my case with Radisson hotels. (I believed I was in Radisson site) and when transaction was processed they charged €151 plus €11.37 fees.
When I was paying, I clicked on a confirmation of €100. I assume there’s some nonsense in the small print That nobody sees. If you notice from the one star reviews, the reply from the company is exactly the same for everyone. Avoid this site at any cost and double check the site you were booking on as they are clearly trying to impersonate the actual site that you were looking to book on

This company is a big scam
This company is a big scam, when I booked the price was shown in AUD of 149 for 2 nights. When they charged it’s in USD and total amount I paid 418 plus 19 for service charges. No option of refund and their customer service is handled by chat boot. No proper answer

This company uses a booking system which enables you to book hotel rooms, when you get to the hotel they see your reservation but no payment has been taken even though you have given card details, you then have to pay for the room with the hotel
Couple of days later a payment to them shows in my case £216 and £9.80 which must be the US taxes along with the £129 payment made at the hotel
Lucky for me my bank has refunded for now whilst disputing it

I thought I was in an Australian site
I thought I was in an Australian site , only to find it was u s , I had made a mistake in my booking dates and of course the no refund for cancellation which you don’t find out until you have paid. I did receive a refund as I rebooked but it took two weeks and even though the staff are extremely polite people should know up front that it’s in the u s , and there is no refund if you cancel , they do not have a cooling off period and making money even if it’s a simple error. Seems wrong to me

Outstanding support from agent
The support team agent, Luca, assisted with getting the correct return flight information through the airlines. There was a mistake in the date of return that was entered by the airlines. Luca took the time to go in and correct the mistake and stayed on the phone with me while I checked my confirmation. He was very patient, understanding, and courteous.

Absolute scam. Seemingly an Australian website. Hotel room price AUD $149. I clicked to confirm and received a receipt saying I had paid USD $144. Which is AUD $226.

Total scam site,WARNING they will charge the maximum amount for a room and add $20 unknown fee. Also they charged me 10.40 aud on another one of my cards, that has never been involved with any transaction with them.
They pose as the hotels website then book your room through Agoda anyway and add all their own scammy fees .

They fraudulently charged my card multiple times took advantage of my son being disabled misrepresented themselves and the help they can provide. Sick, sick individuals. When I called back with concerns they beat around the bush and refused to give me their company name. They addressed themselves as AKM? After simply googling the number I found that to be another lie. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. I will post the email with transaction amount sent by your employee to any proper channel needed. As I have all proof screenshotted.
