Had good experience with both Emily who managed my on-going tenancy and Rico who got me the place.

I had a great experience over the past 1.5 years during my tenancy, and I especially want to thank Shaan for all the support throughout.
The communication was always smooth, clear, and timely, which made everything so much easier. Shaan was consistently helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish.

I rented with JLL from 2023 and 2026. My original property manager was not very helpful, not responsive and frequently dismissive. However they have been replaced by Emily He. Emily is excellent, responsive, attentive and keen to deal with problems! Emily has been a great addition and I was glad she was my new property manager. She has been there through out the process and I wish her good luck with her future career!

Yezi Li is a responsible and dependable person who helps us manage our two properties in London. She always acts in our best interests and handles everything with great care and dedication, often thinking of things we had not even considered ourselves. With her managing our properties, we feel completely at ease.

I am currently renting under contract JLL apartment, and my experience has been somewhat disappointing. Whenever issues come up that need fixing, Lily Yang is often unwilling to arrange a worker, even though my requests apply to landlord responsibility repairs. Communication is also very unprofessional for example, she said to me: “It is renting apartment, not hotel. Pls see the tenant responsibility in the tenancy agreement.”

I had a great experience with Lily Wang, who is the property manager for my apartment. She has been very responsive and helpful, always taking the time to guide me and answer any questions I had.

Whenever any issues came up, she made sure they were resolved quickly and efficiently, which made a big difference. Her support and professionalism really stood out.

Overall, she has been extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate everything she’s done. She’s a great person to deal with, and I would highly recommend her.

He responds promptly to emails and calls, ensures timely assistance when issues arise, and demonstrates great dedication and commitment to his work, and his presence always made me feel that everything was under control.

I have the experience of the tenant of my apartment at 1401 Bridgewater House was suspected to engage in air b&b business. My Property Manager Paige Waller helped me to contact the tenant and made sure that the flat had not been used for Air b&b purpose.

After some historic negative experiences, this company has improved significantly.

Team JLL (Canary wharf) office is exceptional and always stands out. Their PM and letting managers are always helpful. We rent multiple apartments through JLL and Yezi and Tiffany manages most of them, she always puts both landlords and tenant's prospective in place and comes out with a win win solution for both.
