My partner purchased a small ocean lamp a few months ago. We liked it so much, I wanted a larger one which I ordered on March 1. I had already ordered 2 large lamps, a Halloween one and a more Christmasy one on February 10. Neither have been received and no notice of their shipping. I sent an email asking about the status and was told both orders were put on their “priority list.” That was in early March. Now I can’t even get a response when I email asking about their status. These items have been paid for, so where are they>

Recently, we have received a huge surge of orders, causing production backlogs and delayed shipments—this is the main reason your orders have not been dispatched yet.
We have already marked all your pending lamp orders (2 large lamps, Halloween style & Christmasy style, and your new large ocean lamp) on our highest priority production list after receiving your earlier inquiry. Our craft team is working overtime daily to finish and ship them as soon as possible. we will send you email to update your lamp processing status.

I ordered a product and waited well…
I ordered a product and waited well over a month and never received it as it got stuck in shipping however, the company never took any responsibility for this and all I heard back was they could not give me a refund because it shipped and they encouraged the shipping company to deliver it me. I am contesting the charges now. Joke of a company response to not receiving something I paid for.
So I got a response here 5 days ago and
NOTHING. No product, no updates, no refund.

Scam - Pictures not like product
Please don't fall for this. The quality of the products are nothing like the pictures, they stole the pictures from another artist and then what you receive is not even finished. I'm trying to get a full refund from them because it is a shame what I have received and they try to defend it is just a slight different when they didn't even paint what I ordered.
The original artist is resinart.ypc.

GO ELSEWHERE
Ordered two Virgin Mary lamps as gifts, they both are defective. The light feature simply cycles through every color. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. They replied a day or two after I sent an email. But their response was to simply ask for more info (I was clear in my initial request). Then I didn't hear a peep until I placed a claim through Paypal. They said they would send new remotes, but only after I removed the claim. I declined and asked how to make a return. They refer you to the website,but the return button doesn't work. It goes on and on, in what I believe is an attempt to prolong past the return window. Oh and be warned, everything on their site must be considered custom bc they are telling me there is a 35% restocking fee on each item. If you must have something like this FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!!
Update:
The response below sounds great but just know, they are quick to respond to public facing critism. They do not reply to you in the same fashion. The item does not work as it should and they seem reluctant to stand by it. The self help return button does take you to your order, but does nothing from that point.
One final thought about the "integrity" of this company. I posted this review on their IG page, but cant seem to find it. 🤔
