The call was an update on my claim which I found very helpful. Reece was plesent to talk to, he was clear and concise proving a good update and gave me a good overview of the next steps and a time scale for this.

When I spoke to the advisor he was…

When I spoke to the advisor he was friendly and helpful. He explained the procedures that were taking place and the stage that my claim had reached. He answered my questions in a knowledgeable and professional fashion. I was left feeling confident that my claim is in good hands.
