Upon searching for R.A. 6552 — an act providing protection to buyers of real estate under installment payments — this law firm appears as one of the top results on Google, offering services related to such claims. They are quick to follow up regarding the initial consultation fee. However, after making the payment, they contact you via video call only to inform you that another payment is required to proceed with the next steps.

In reality, the initial payment accomplishes nothing, and asking for another upfront fee while merely deducting the first payment seems like a questionable practice for a legitimate service provider. Be cautious of this potentially fraudulent setup. Always read genuine, third-party reviews rather than relying solely on the testimonials posted on their own platforms before proceeding.

Minor service and big money change hands, offering complicated advice. Instead of helping, it causes you grief! What a profession they have! Not helpful at all!

Very disappointed in this company! I wish I had researched deeper into this website.

My initial interactions with the firm were encouraging—communication was prompt, courteous, and professional prior to the payment of fees. Unfortunately, this level of service significantly declined once payment was made. Despite repeated assurances, key deadlines were frequently missed, and I was often left to chase updates without receiving any meaningful response. On several occasions, I had to travel at my own expense due to a lack of communication and substantive progress on my case.

This experience has been both financially and emotionally taxing. The service provided fell well short of the expectations set during our initial discussions, and the disparity between what was promised and what was delivered was stark.

At present, I am not prepared to disclose the full scope of my experience or reveal my identity. However, I do intend to release a complete and transparent account through my blogs and YouTube channels upon my return to the United States. Unfortunately, once fees were settled, the level of responsiveness declined significantly. Despite multiple assurances, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and I found myself following up constantly, often without any reply. I even had to travel multiple times at my own expense due to the lack of updates or meaningful progress.

This experience has been deeply disappointing, especially considering the significant financial and emotional toll it has taken. I do not feel that the service I received matched the expectations set at the start of our agreement.

While I am not yet ready to share every detail or identify myself, I intend to publish a more complete account through my blogs and YouTube channels after leaving the Philippines. My goal is simply to tell the truth so that others can make informed decisions.
