I wanted to send back the articles as they didn't meet my expectations qualitywise as they are from China and not from Scandinavia how you can read in the website. So it turned out that I should have to send the articles back to CHINA!!! on my costs which is of course ridiculous as the transports costs would be higher than what I paid for 2 lamps. Yes they offered me a price reduction but still I have paid for two lamps which I do not like at all and one of those is even broken and I can't use it is not possible to recharge it!!! All not very serious and very disappointing. So the paidback- and send-back-policy is totally fake!

This was my second purchase and I'm overall very happy with both the products I have received and the customer service.

I got my lamp during a sale and couldn't be happier with my purchase! The discount was great, and the lamp itself is fantastic.

Bought a super nice lamp with a fan. You can dim the lamp, and the fan has 3 settings, with a remote control included. Works great, and I am very satisfied with this nice lamp with built-in LED lighting.

The spotlight are decent for the price. They illuminate my garden well enough, though I expected them to be brighter. Installation was easy and the product arrived in good condition. Overall, a satisfactory purchase.

The lamps I ordered are pretty and great. They have a simple design and provide enough light for my desk. Nothing exceptional, but they get the job done. Delivery was fast and the tracking info was accurate.

The wardrobe motion lights are perfect for my situation. They turn on immediately when I open the door, making it easy to find clothes. Super convenient and reliable. The installation was quick and easy. Highly recommend these lights!

The solar powered stair lights are fantastic. They charge during the day and light up our stairs beautifully at night. The design is sleek and they were very easy to install. I'm very happy with the quality and functionality.

The tabletop fireplace adds such a cozy feel to our home. Fast delivery too!

The flameless candles are a great addition to my home. Look amazing and arrived on time. Thanks!

The shipping of my order was longer than expected (about 10 days). I was hopping to receive my lamps a lot faster than this.

Wardrobe motion lights are practical. Help in dark closets.

Very satisfied with my purchase. The wardrobe motion lights are super convenient.

Good price and provides good light in the bathroom-perfect to be able to direct the light source.

Very impressed with the quality of the spotlights. Fast delivery and great customer service from Idun.

The delivery went poorly but was resolved in the end when they contacted me with a solution.

Very happy with my table lamps purchase. The quality is excellent and they arrived on time.

Top-notch customer service from Ebba. She resolved my issue quickly. The Space projection Light is wonderful.

Quick service, super good customer support, and the order matched expectation. Long delivery time is the only negative, but it was stated at the time of ordering, so no negative surprise.
