I love my items!

I love my items I purchased, I am so pleased that Restaurant Supply Group had the items that I have been looking for a long time. I was unable to find these items in other stores for example one of my items is a ice pick which is hard to find. My items were delivered in great shape and delivery was great, Thank You.

Delivery was quick but a lot of the…

Delivery was quick but a lot of the cans were dented pretty bad. I know that a dented can every now and then is inevitable but one case at least half were dented and on the others 2-3. I find service is good and delivery was fast so that is why I gave 4 stars.

Seemed to be slow to ready for shipment…

Seemed to be slow to ready for shipment and as expensive as shipping was, there were no packing materials whatsoever. My item was just being thrown about inside the box as it moved from coast-to-coast.

not able to contact customer service

I bought a lot of pumps thought they came with bottles. realized that they are not when products arrived. want to return buy not able to contact customer service for return the products. left so many messages and no reply.

This company had been excellent!! I would highly recommend them. Their prices are not only competitive, but delivery of the product is received expediciously!! Thank you so much.
