They don't pay back the money when you sell your shoes through them. Have waited since December. Keep sending mails that they have problems with their payments system. Amateurs.

Purchased Jordan’s 27th of March.
On the 11th of April they arrived on the authentication center. And then nothing has happened since!!
Impossible to contact Restocks, no mail address.
Can’t even see how to get my money back.

Where is my refund??? More than 15 days you received my shoes back!!

To delivery for me it never was delivered. Always lost in UPS tracking.
It was send back to Restock and I never received my Refund!!!

ich habe einen original verpsckte. schuh dahin geschickt von nike mit original umverpackung im wert von 180 euro. restocks schickt mir ein bild von einem anderen paket und fordert mich auf 20 euro zu bezahlen. ich habe denen originalfotos geschickt. aber restocks kann nichts machen. fühle mich betrogen

Ich habe Sneaker bei Restocks am 9.2.2022 verkauft, dann habe ich eine Bestätigung von Restocks bekommen, dass mir mein Geld ausgezahlt wird, ich hab KEIN Geld bekommen!!!😢 nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage beim Support! Habe ich keine Antwort bekommen! Ich kann nur alle Warnen! Vorsicht Betrug! Bitte um eine Antwort von Restocks und Auszahlung!

I bought a pair of Nike Air force 1 supreme size 44. After waiting almost a month, I got them. But when I got them they were in size 41 and I can not send them back or get my money back.

I sold a pair of Nike Jordan Air more than a month ago and I have not reiceved the due payment yet.

It is impossibile to speak with the Customer Care Service simply because it does NOT exist.

The only way to cominicate with them is using email but they do not reply!!

My advice is to stay away from ReStock

L'offerta di sneakers disponibili era incredibile, trovata la taglia delle Air Force1 in un attimo ho proceduto con la transazione e le mail di conferma e di perizia dell'esperto qualità mi hanno fatto un pò meno soffrire durante l'attesa. La confezione mi è arrivata precisa nei 10 gg previsti e la merce perfetta e garantita: Ottimo servizio di qualità!

Really bad service I mean there is no customer service !!!!! If you sell any product to restocks you have to wait more then a month for your money and they don’t even react to your email ….. I will never sell anything to restock just waiting for all my payment and then im done !!!!

J'ai acheté sur Restocks une paire de chaussure Air Jordan Homme Low quai 54 , serie limité, pointure 42, pour 174€.
les chaussures étant trop grandes pour moi, je les ai remis en vente sur leur site.
Un acheteur s'est immédiatement intéressé, je les ai donc envoyé à Restocks comme convenu et je devait recevoir 120€.

Restock me dit avoir reçu une paire de chaussure dame de pointure 38 et refuse de me payer la somme due et de plus ne répond pas à mes courriels.

société très dangereuse, pas de numéro de téléphone, pas de réponse aux emails.
attention cela peut vous couter cher.

Una experiencia horrible, me dijeron que mis jordans estaban ya verificadas y de camino y me llega un mensaje diciéndome que mi dirección es incorrecta cuando he recibido 10 envíos en esa dirección con otras empresas sin problemas. Aparte de eso no me han dado ningún número de seguimiento del pedido ni me han dicho que empresa de transporte gestiona mi pedido. Encima me envían un correo para modificar mi dirección, trato de poner la de un familiar y no me deja cambiarla. Ruego que restock se ponga en contacto conmigo para darme el número de seguimiento de mi pedido, para decirme con que empresa me transportan mi pedido.

Ho ordinato un paio di Jordan 1 mid e sono arrivate perfette!
Tempi di consegna un po’ più lunghi rispetto al solito (ho ordinato altre scarpe sempre su restocks), ma si sono scusati con un email dicendo che c’erano stati problemi.
Super gentili, mi trovo sempre benissimo :)
