Excellent Service from Start to Finish
We recently engaged Restore Datashred as our confidential waste provider and were extremely impressed with the service received throughout the onboarding process.
A particular thank you to Nikkie Riley, who was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the outset. She dealt patiently with our numerous queries, provided clear information, and was flexible whenever amendments were required. Her communication was excellent throughout, making what could have been a complex procurement process straightforward and stress-free.

Reliable and professional company who offer a first class service.
We have used Datashred for the secure shredding of our company paperwork and have always received a first class service. Ashley T our secure collection operative is amazing! He is always professional, polite and goes above & beyond. Ashley is a credit to the company and a great ambassador of a very well run company. Good customer experience
The range of items available for collections is great for businesses and the cost is reasonable. The collection date had to be rearranged as the drivers were arriving a day or so earlier than planned. The day of collection, the driver collected all the items really swiftly. Kate H in the logistics team was really helpful with both invoice queries, collections and any other general queries i had.

Highly recommend Restore Data shred. Setting up the shred was very straightforward. The shred itself took less than 10 minutes. The price was lower than paid for previous shreds with other companies.
