Skin queens
The time the girls take to analyse your skin and give you the best options for your skin based off your skin type. Always feeling comfortable when doing laser and asking questions to understand your skin a bit more better and if anything has changed since the last time. I see Veronica and she has helped my skin a lot. Almost finished my treatments for my acne.

My face was burned twice in Broadmeadows clinic by the same girl. Highly disappointed. My last session was done very poorly within a week I can see regrowth

Cancelled my appointment the day…
Cancelled my appointment the day before(Woodgrove) and had to drive over 50 minutes to go to another branch to get my laser done . Got there 10 minutes late as I had to find the branch , didn’t do my whole package as I was 10 minutes late due to their fault as I had to drive to the new area and find the shop . Not happy.

Scammers
Scammers, totally scammers, i went for Micro Facial + Free Mask & Extraction Microdermabrasion facial she didnt do like a facial she just stand the LED light on my face and gone came back after 20min, even LED got stop she didn't come yet and then she said your facial done,
I'm not happy at all with the services.
Will not come again, i don't want to waste my handwork money.

The treatment seemed rush
The treatment seemed rush, I have tried to ask if I needed to wipe my legs and the parts that need to be treated to take the moisturiser or cream I have on but the therapist it was okay. I now have bruises all over my leg and itching and uncomfortable because of it. I would want a compensation for this. And where possible can I have an alternative service where I can go which is easily accessible from where I am.
