I was just browsing the website, I'm not sure if I pushed the chat button or if the rep was auto connected for some reason....turns out it was a real person! Jason M. was great, he answered all of my questions and was able to get me a 24 hour turn around for a cover letter and resume. Great service, I would recommend to anyone looking to update their resume information.
