The cost is too much to pick up…
The cost is too much to pick up donations. The price quoted was not the price paid. Went up by $150. He said it was to pay for recycling for the items that may not be donated but they are not sure if that would happen and for the delivery truck. Not sure why that would make the price go up. Pick up communication was good and they were quick removing the items.

Hello Matt and Stacey Firstly, I want to say we appreciate your feedback! While we're happy the pickup was quick and communicative, we apologize for the unexpected price difference. Non donatable items incur upfront recycling center fees which are paid by our haulers upon delivery which may cause the price to increase on site, but that should always be made clear to you before the job begins so that these costs can be accepted or declined. We’re actively refining how we estimate these jobs to prevent this from happening again.

The communications leading up to the pick up was great. I was able to request information timely and advise the drivers of important details before arriving. I was disappointed that you would not take my furniture for donation and had to dump it but that is not your issue since the other companies are not accepting that type of furniture and are not willing to repair anything.

Whole process was easy
Scheduling was easy. Price quoted was same price once items loaded on truck. Communication and when driver would arrive were accurate. Moving company was friendly and fast.

Ease of scheduling with frequent emails and texts to confirm or change dates. Truck pick up team were professional and friendly and very careful coming in and navigating stairs and walls to pick up our donations.

Late and Expensive
They arrived 40 minutes past the appointment window and didn’t respond to texts or calls when they were running late. Then, when they got there, they told me my donation wouldn’t be accepted and charged me an additional $71 for disposal. In addition to all of this, they broke off pieces of the armoire on the way out of the door. This was the worst possible experience at each step!
