Thank you to Latasha and her mover associates of Blessed Community Outreach (Northern Ohio) for a great experience of them moving 50 boxes of books to the Goodwill Industries. Latasha and crew were on time (as promised), gave adequate notice of an arrival time and were efficient and quick in moving my books. Again, Thank You to Latasha and ReSupply for providing a great service to me. The booking and scheduling was easy and the check out was easy too. Recommended.

Check all the communications about the couch left on the ground and the attempts to have them picked up. If there is a Lower score, please change it

Cancelled day of move
The driver moved my pickup time from early afternoon to late afternoon and then couldn’t guarantee he’d pickup before 6:00. We rescheduled to the following morning, which was the last day of my apartment lease, and then the driver cancelled an hour before the pickup window.
I am relocating and taking very little with me so I had lots of furniture, household goods, kitchen items and clothes that I was happy to donate to St. Vincent DePaul but that unfortunately didn’t happen because I had to scramble to find an alternative service and ask my landlord to stay a day beyond my lease.
ReSupply has a great mission but without great operations it’s a bust.

It was very convenient to schedule online and add the items you wished to donate. A price was then generated and you could accept or decline. I did have one issue. I was not informed there would be a "recycling fee" for the mattress I donated! The PRIMARY REASON I selected Resupply was because they would take the mattress along with the rest of the bedroom set. This was helpful to me since I would not need to rent a van or similar to move it. So I feel like I was charged twice for the mattress donation. 1 fee to donate it and a 2nd fee to recycle it. I was only told of the recycling fee at the time of pick-up when they were loading everything into the truck. That was very frustrating. It was not the fault of the 2 guys who picked up the order. Just want you to be aware if they are picking up a mattress. I should've been informed at the time of booking.

The price seemed a little high. I also had a concern that the charging and document bundled was separated from the recliner sofa. I checked later with the charity that received the recliner sofa and they, Habitat for Humanity, did not have neither the charging cords nor the documentation. This did not surprise me seeing the movers separated the cord packet from the sofa when loading the truck. If the charging cords were lost than the sofa lost a tremendous amount of value.

The movers were pleasant when moving the items.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Booking was straightforward, and the moving team was friendly and careful. Would definitely recommend!

The text messages and emails kept us informed and even let us know exactly who would be showing up. They arrived when they said and were very polite. They did a great job.

The Carts

Overall such a smooth and pleasant experience from the booking to the takeaway. Instructions were clear, pricing was transparent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this service!

When I schedule my pick up over the phone, they did not mention that the furniture I told them they were picking up (dresser, mirror, headboard and nightstand) they were going to charge me a lot more, over $100 more.

The people that came to pick up my donation items were a trash pickup company. And they treated everything they picked up as trash. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that half the items dropped off were damaged. I know it is probably difficult to find people to do this task, but make sure they know how to do the task properly.

Their communications throughout were excellent. I received messages in advance confirming the pickup during the week of, day before, and morning of. The guys were prompt, courteous and got the job done. Very efficiently! Asked if I had additional items to pick up and I did. Highly recommend their services.

The guys that came by and helped move all the furniture were professional, polite, and very helpful.

Hard to get a response on timing. Once there, they did not have blankets or anything to protect the furniture, which was very nice. They just threw it in the truck very uncarefully. Will not use again.

The driver/mover came alone unfortunately so we felt the need to help. He didn't ask for our help but I felt bad that they sent him to move three large items without another person. Make sure to request two people for large items.
