I hope I can leave 0 star for it

I hope I can leave 0 star for it. placed my order September 2024, still not get the product yet after half year. I emailed several times. ask either refund me or give me the product ASAP. they always say the product is under production. and due to stupid refund policy I agreed during checking out, they cannot refund me. not recommended at all. will not buy from it ever!

Order took 5 months to arrive...

Order took 5 months to arrive, ordered in September, arrived in February, customer support was useless and didn't receive any sort of compensation for my huge delay. Had to also switch my order completely as after about two months of first ordering they email me to say its out of stock.
Also by the time I had selected different clothes they were on sale, pretty much making me lose out on saving some money...
It's genuinely a laughable experience though how poorly run this company is, wish all the worst for them.

If i could do less than a 1 star i…

If i could do less than a 1 star i could, this company should straight be shut down I can’t believe that in a country like Canada it’s this easy to scam people and get famous from it. I’m highly disappointing and sad that even after a year I didn’t get anything.

dont fall for ts (this)

these reviews make me feel so much better since i’m not the only one who apparently thinks the customer support is useless. i ordered the young guts hoodie in black - which is somehow not available anymore - in october 2024. bro it’s been half a year without any updates. the customer support sucks and is dodging my questions like crazy. since a lot of people are experiencing this i would not recommend ordering from them.

Only half my order came, support is useless, it’s been months

Ordered a tshirt and hoodie in July of last year, my hoodie came in September with no t-shirt. I thought since half the order was fulfilled it was just taking longer.

It became December with no update on the t-shirt so I sent a message to their support asking for a status update. They said they did not know when it would be shipped but it was still in production. They said I could exchange it for a shirt in inventory so I checked and did not want to exchange my paid item (they are all ugly with their logo) and waited.

Contacted them every month and they refused to let me know when they will ship the item. Also, reminded me of their “all sales are final” notice. Yeah, buddy, that disclosure does not hold if you never send your product to the consumer.

Just do a chargeback if you made the mistake of ordering from them.

Absolutely horrid experience with their…

Absolutely horrid experience with their customer support. Ordered in November 2024 and they still haven’t shipped or confirmed that it’s been produced 17 weeks later. Do not order from them, they’re essentially a fraudulent company. STAY CLEAR

Don't waste your time contacting them
Contact your bank and open a payment dispute
Money back in your account within months.
The biggest scammers and think being the big boys on whatever platform doing whatever they do and scamming money from people is just a fun means of making from you.
There's lots of companies selling BETTER QUALITY items out there.

Ordered start of December for my son…

Ordered start of December for my son Xmas gifts,still not received anything,and it's nearly March. Asked for my full £200 refund at the end of December, to be told we are a small company and can't give refunds as your items are in production, don't think so,more like in a que waiting to be processed, I'll be contacting trading standards as this company rob and lie to their customers,

Over 6 months to recieve item

Ordered a hoodie and it took over 6 months to arrive at my door. Went back and forth with support, company did not even attempt to contact me first about any possible delays. After that, I asked for compensation for the delay and they gave me a discount code and I asked if it would ever expire and they said no. Couple months later I try to use it and the code is invalid. Emailed them asking for a new code because they claimed the old one wouldn't expire. Haven't heard back from them yet and it's been weeks.

Horrible

I wish I could give 0 stars. What an absolute scam, don’t even waste your time with this company. There is a reason they dont allow for reviews on their website and clearly delete all negative instagram comments. I ordered a single T-shirt for a Christmas gift in November. The website said I would take 3-4 weeks so I knew there was a chance it wouldn’t arrive on time which was fine, but considering I live within an hour of where they are based, I expected the order to arrive within the time frame. After about 5-6 weeks I started emailing customer support because the app they make you download was saying my order was completed but I never received anything. They said the shirt wasn’t even made yet and they couldn’t give me a time estimate on when I would receive it. I told them I would either need a delivery date or a refund, or else I would dispute the charge on my card. They gave me an “estimate” of another 3-4 weeks, obviously with no explanation so I didn’t believe them. Thankfully I was able to dispute the charge and got my money back. This company is clearly just a bunch of 20 something year old guys on too many steroids who know nothing about running a business. Spend your money literally anywhere else.

Still not received my order after 6 months

Still not received my order. Order a hoodie in September 2024 as a Christmas present. Read on their site that it can take a couple of weeks to make and deliver to the uk however it’s now almost March 2025. I’ve emailed numerous times. They’ve provided no help or compensation considering the high prices of their products. They informed me the hoodie has not even been made yet. Absolute scam of a company. Will never order again and do not recommend to anyone else.

Don't recommended!!!!

I don't recommend at all!!! i've waited 3 months for a top that i brought as a Christmas present and i ordered it a month before Christmas thinking it would arrive before Christmas and it never did, i then began emailing the company back and forth and they were hopeless, so frustrated and disappointed will definitely never be ordering from them again.

Filed a report with the FTC for Fraud

I ordered a made-to-order Berserk hoodie back in 08/03/2024. As of 2/10/2025 they have yet to even begin producing the hoodie. They changed their refund policy so that all sales are now final when they previously stated that they would consider refunds after 17 weeks. Customer support only apologized and offered me an exchange for other products that would ship faster (I want what I ordered not something else so I didn’t respond). I have just filed a report for fraudulent activity/unfair business practices with the FTC government website and I strongly encourage others to do the same so that they can stop scamming so many people by not delivering what they promised.

Took half a year for WRONG design

Six months after purchase, I finally received my order after emailing them back and forth. Customer service is bad enough, but what I received... I didn't even get the design i ordered (half a year ago). Cost me over $100 in total for thin, CHEAP material smelling like a chemistry lab even after laundry. NOT the same as pictures. And since customer service is so trash I have given up on contacting them. Scam. Don't bother with this company. What they are doing is basically fraud
