Appallingly bad customer service and follow up once order has been placed
Would never buy through them again

Recently had a great experience buying a TV online with Retravision (which could have been a terrible one). First positive point was I was able to price match and then use an extra 5% RAC discount to get a great price on a Hisense Canvas TV. Unfortunately the TV was on back order so after waiting a week and being told it wouldn't arrive for several more weeks, Retravision offered to swap it out for a Samsung Frame TV at the same discounted price (stoked!). Really happy I was offered this option as I was initially very disappointed in the long wait time. Would definitely recommend.

I've shopped with Retravision both online and in-store on a number of occasions for a variety of different products. The service has always been first-class and pricing is always competitive. Cannot fault and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great range of well-priced electrical appliances.

The the quality of after sales service, and sheer human compassion of one particular male employee in their Western Australia office, is beyond parallel. Would I shop Retravision again? 1000% yes.

Ordered a refrigerator and it shows the stocks available at the time of payment. No communications until two weeks. Once followed up, they said no stocks for two months. Very poor service and poor communication. Don’t recommend at all.

Customer service was very good as was the sale prices at Ellenbrook WA Store. They could expand their range of brands of products,

Save yourself the pain and distress and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Complete scam artists. Take your money, send you faulty products, then refuse to do anything about it, even when reminded of their legal obligations they just ignore it. They don't care! Do not waste your money or time on these theives.

Terrible experience.

Purchased a new washing machine, arrived out of the packaging extremely damaged, had to refuse the delivery.

Redelivery was booked for second business day, waited all day until I got a called in the afternoon from the delivery company that the item were'nt ready for pick-up.

Washing machine finally got delivered more than 8 days after purchasing, delivery drivers succeeded in scratching it.

Absolutely dissapointed, customer service is unresponsive and no compensation provided for having wasted 3 days waiting for the delivery.

I bought a Sunbeam Toaster from the Ringwood Store in May 2012 and 5 months later it broke down so I took it back and the staff were very rude towards me so I just left and I haven't returned since then so please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

Ordered a samsung s22 ultra on black Friday sale, got a message (after the sale was over) they couldn't supply as product was "discontinued", contacted samsung and other retailers and they had no problem to supply me a s22 ultra (at full price).
