Extremely good customer service and I highly recommend this store for ordering TCG products! I'm not local to the brick & mortar store, but I'll definitely be popping in if I'm ever in the area!

I found RetroGamerBros as I enjoy Sorcery TCG, which is a bit niche and not carried by many other stores. I ordered a couple of sealed products, but unfortunately the Precon box had taken a battering in the postal system with one of the decks also being damaged.

I sent some photos by email and it must've been less than 15 mins when Mitch from the store called me to offer a replacement deck and spare box to help put things right which were shipped within 24 hours. Very gracious and friendly on the phone, and I highly recommend them for that level of customer service!

Great shop, super satisfying to be in, neat and organised arrangement of quality MTG and TTRPG Games, bought a bunch from them since they opened, will 100% be back. Fair Prices, simple UI on the website too that allows for easy and simplistic ordering process.

After paying for it I was a bit suspicious about the legitimacy of the website itself, thought I got scammed but my MTG bundle arrived on the timeline they provided (2-5 business days), the packaging was excellent it was wrapped very professionally and the box arrived in perfect condition no dents whatsoever, they also added some really nice candy in my order.

Their online stock levels are accurate and their prices are really competitive. It’s nice to have found a reliable store that is not trying to scalp people who want to collect and play mtg

I recently bought a Horizon Secret Lair from them, which was promptly dispatched, very well packaged, and even included some sweets as a bonus! Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, and their prices are also really competitive. I've already placed another order with them. Would 100% recommend.
