Waited 1 month for 4 shirts 2 of which were wrong . They stalled and pissed me about for 2 more months when all I wanted was the shirts I paid for. Then refused to give me replacement shirts or a refund after wasting my time saying they would resolve the issue.

My shirt arrived about a week later than expected, but I can’t fault the quality. Probably just a shipping delay.

Terrible company. Looks more than a scam.
They always respond to youre email. But i wait more than 8 weeks now. And if something went wrong they tell me its my fault. Didnt pay customs or wrong adress or something else

They sent me a different shirt than the one I ordered
The country it was right but it was different design and with no stickers
So basically wrong order after 1vmonth I was waiting for my order

It took almost one month to get here and just received it and the size is good but it’s tight from chest down I wish yall had another bigger size but yall don’t

After a long wait my order arrived.
To be fair it was perfect just took 4 months to arrive

Received the complete opposite of what was requested (chose the mystery box option but the one jersey we said we didn't want was the one we got). Wrote to ask if there was any possibility of an exchange and got a pro forma reply that they didn't allow returns on customized shirts. I replied that the shirt wasn't customized and sent photos. Then I got a pro forma reply that due to their returns policy they couldn't accept a return because we'd waited more than 10 days to request it. Yes - I waited because I was waiting for my son's birthday for him to open it. The shirt was still in pristine condition and considering how long it took to get it delivered in the first place I don't see why they have to be so inflexible - I wasn't even asking for a refund, just an exchange. Completely unreasonable and unhelpful

Superb quality products. My only issue is the time it takes to arrive from ordering. But it always gets here in the end. Great value for money though would highly recommend.

The quality of the jerseys were amazing and i knew it would take a month to arrive. I ordered 3 jerseys and then 2 weeks after ordering i got an email saying one of the ones i ordered was not in stock do you wish to order another so i did and that was at the start of January it is now the middle of March and i only got the final order. No jersey should take 3 months to arrive. I would order from here again if it wasnt for that. I will also mention tho the fact when i emailed saying i didnt get my jerseys they did respond quite quickly and tried to fix the situation

Shipping went well but one sweater was short. When I informed them of this, they asked for a photo. After that they didn't say anything anymore despite 2 reminders.

Sent me a stained shirt, took 3 weeks to respond to my request for a refund. Finally replied to say I can post it back at my expense (including taxes) to an address in Canada. The parcel came from China. When I explained the situation including photos they refuse to give me a refund or reply to any emails / online chat. Awful experience, avoid at all costs.

Not a legitimate company, avoid at all costs. If I could give a 0 rating here, I would.

Charged €80 for an order in January that was for a gift, zero updates on status of order since. Have reached out via all sources of customer support, all you get in return is an automated response. Avoid using this company at all costs. The other reviews are also clearly fabricated from bot accounts that all only have 1 review.

Received 2 beautiful jerseys from them! One had a very small imperfection. We contacted them with pictures and they IMMEDIATELY responded and corrected! Will definitely do business with them again! Rare to find such great customer service!

Great site for classical kits. Love my arsenal kit. delivery took some time but it's probably due to the holiday season.
