I'm rather confused by the terrible review you have given without any communication with me or explanation of what the problem is.
As I can't see the relevance of 'Nottingham', I wonder if predictive text is involved and you mean 'nothing received'. If so, it seems strange to give me a 1-star score simply because it has not travelled from the UK to Italy, via customs, to your door, within 3 working days! Am I to blame me for this?
Actually, the combined services of Royal Mail, the Italian Customs authorities and Post Italiane have been much quicker than usual: 6 days working days after you placed your order, it was at your door! However, as nobody was there to accept it, they have been holding it for your collection ever since.
Perhaps when you have collected it, you would like to re-assess your review and instead base it on the product and service I have provided, rather than your expectations of the postal & customs services.
If I am mistaken about the apparent reason for your review, please contact me to explain what the problem is, so that I have the opportunity to put it right.

Ignition parts for a Gravely (tractor) model 9000
Just received the ordered parts today. Very, very happy with these items. I've never ordered internationally before so I was cautious. But no need. The parts are the proper items. The packaging was top notch, since this was an overseas item. And I can't complain too loudly about the price... this since I don't know where else to get these items. Further, I've ported on Facebook to others with this same engine that you have these available.
