Stay away from Retro vGames! The website gives you hope that you can purchase hard to find PS3 controllers, but when I ordered 2 of them, I instead received cheap Chinese copies that were nothing like the originals in the picture. I emailed them multiple times with my concerns and it was ignored. I initiated a dispute via my credit card and about 2 weeks later, Hafiz finally responded and claimed that the switch was a mistake. I don't believe it for a minute. He required that I send the controllers back even though they are not worth the price of shipping. Since he provided a prepaid shipping label, I packed them in the same flimsy padded envelope in which I received them, but I was very disappointed that their attempt to scam me resulted in so much of my time being wasted. I should have read more reviews about Retro vGames and I would have found many like this one. I hope this will help others to avoid my negative experience.

Ordered an Xbox 360 model S with a hard drive. Console got delivered with no hard drive. I called 3 times, emailed and submitted a ticket 2 times and hear nothing. Now less than a week later, the console does not even turn on anymore. I still have heard nothing back at all

Here's my experience with retrovgames. I ordered a wii bundle kit and several games totalling over $800. It took over 5 weeks to get the complete order, and that wouldn't have happened without many emails complaining about their lack of competence. Gave this as a birthday gift (late obviously). The first time wii was turned on, it wouldn't load game disc. I sent a video showing the issue and never got a response from retrovgames. I finally bought one from Amazon. If youre looking for one guy taking your money, shopping on ebay and having items shipped directly to you.. this might be the "company" for you. That's my experience with retrovgames.. take from it what you will

The listing, nor my order summary, for the Xbox 360 Slim that I purchased did not mention anything about the system being modded. I did not want a modded Xbox. Since the unit was modded, it could not connect to the internet, and had serious connectivity issues when using LAN connections with other devices. I requested to return my whole order, per their return policy, and have yet to receive any kind of update about how I can return the defective product, or if I can get a refund. At this point, I assume they are just running out the clock on the 30 day return window, and don’t intend on allowing me to return the product.

I wish I had seen these reviews before making my purchase. I purchased a Wii bundle kit which came from different vendors apparently. The Consol does not work, so I have no idea if anything else works. I called and emailed the issue I was having. I did get a call back asking me to send a video. I sent the video, but have not gotten a response nor will they answer my call or email. I will report this to my credit card company. It is such a shame that there are people in this society that make their money suckering other people rather than trying to do a legitimate business. Karma is a _____!

Absolutely horrible! Its been half a month and still haven't received my package. Never sent an update or tracking number. I had to call them to find out it was lost in transit and make them put in a reorder slip. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PURCHASE! I will never use this company again!

Purchased a Playstation 2 paid extra for memory card and controller. Received a Playstation 2 from an ebay seller meaning they gave my information to someone not from their company(nowhere on their website states that). I did not get the controller, memory card or any of the power or av cables. The item is disgusting and there are bug parts in the ports so i wrapped it. After i contacted support they sent ne the power cable and av cable but again no memory card. I was told I had to plug playststion in to make sure it works...umm no because there are clearly roaches in the console and i requested my money back. They have refused and are now not replying back to my emails. Do not waste your hard earned money with this company.

I ordered what I thought was a Nintendo new 3ds xl but when it came in it was a LL and I look at the post again and have to scroll down past the picture that says it’s an XL and the title that clearly says Nintendo New 3DS XL and past the payment option to find out that it says it’s a Japanese LL variant that was modded to English. Plus the ds came in rough shape and for over 300$ I expect something a little better. Customer service was no help either and said that they clearly state that it’s an LL which they don’t and they won’t let me return it even though I’m within the 30 days for returning it. What a joke.

Bought a ps2 and San Andreas bundle payed 314$ for the items and faster shipping. 6 days later order still processing. Cancelling required “admin” approval. Their phone number goes to a voicemail but never a person. Called my bank to dispute the charge. Don’t buy from this scam site!!!

If I could give a -1 I would. Purchased a PS3 console on Feb. 6 and didn’t receive it until Feb. 27. Hooked the console up, put in a game just to find out that the disc reader wasn’t working and that after on 3 minutes of turning the console on, it was extremely hot. Called the “customer service” number and was informed to put in an email what was wrong and that I wanted a full refund. I then was told that it was going to take up to 72 hours/6 days before I got a response from anyone about the refund. Called “customer service” back and could only leave a voicemail even though I had an option not not, kept call after sending another email and let them know that I was going to get in touch with BBB about their lack of communication and interest about resolving issues with their products and finally talked to someone only to have them tell me that if I don’t hear back from someone in another 48 hour to call back! I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NOT DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS MERCHANT!!! They are incompetent and do not believe in customer first!!!!!

This company is horrible to purchase from. Packaged game system was broken in many places. There was plenty of bubble wrap to completely wrap the item several times but they just threw it all in the box. The website advertised specific colored controllers and I got random colors. Was missing a controller. Imagine my daughters face seeing her system in shambles when opening the box. The customer support phone number just goes strait to an answering machine despite being within operational hours. The company isnt BBB verified and I should have know this would have been my experience. This company SUCKS!

Hello, placed an order on February 2nd. Said it was going to be here by the 18th. Still have not received it. Email customer service several times. Got no firm updates. Would like someone from the company reach out to me

They take your money and don’t ever send you anything. Crooks. How this place is still allowed to operate is sickening.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Thier products are often not functioning and their customer service is non existent. I purchased something from them almost a month ago and it doesn't work. I have been trying to return this thing for almost a month. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails or texts. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a N64 bundle as a Christmas gift and they sent a broken machine. After a month and a half of getting this fixed, they have still not fixed the problem and have gone ghost for the last two weeks. This business is terrible and does not deserve your money, time, or stress. Clearly this is a recurring issue. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone with a bad experience do the same.

absolutely disgusting business. sent me broken products and since they are just a drop shipper they charged me much more than the product should have been (the actual shipper included a receipt). do not give your money to this scumbag

This is just a dropshipping scam - they buy an eBay listing and tell them to send it to you, and keep the difference in price. I know because I received a package that had info for an eBay shop both on the return field and on an inside card. RetroVGames doesn't actually do anything themselves, they take advantage of people not finding better prices and rake in the free cash.

This website sucks. My stuff didn’t work. I ordered a Wii and a bunch of games and stuff to go with it. It took 6 weeks to receive my items in separate packages. They had no problem responding at the time being and said I can ship my order back in full and receive a refund. I’ve been contacting them non stop for a full month and now they are having a hard time replying since they received the items and don’t want to give me a refund. The only times they have replied is to ask for me to tell them what items I sent back as if they never picked it up from usps and went through it. Completely unprofessional and no one should order from here.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I rarely review any companies, but with Retro Vgames, it's been a horrible experience. Charged mid range for the products I received, with extremely low quality return. One of the games I ordered didn't even work and they were planning on sending it back to the seller so they can potentially use it to scam again. When communicating with the customer service, they "lost" my communication thread 3 times. They are a awful company, and I wish I didn't have to say it.
