Item not delivered no response from repeated e mails
I ordered a track suit from this company on 13/12/2024 as a Christmas present. The item did not arrive. To date they have not responded to any of my e mails there has been no update and the item has not arrived. There is no customer telephone contact number and seems no other point of contact. As with all the other reviews I am not impressed with the customer service.

Terrible customer experience
I no ordered an item of clothing in 30/11/24 as a Christmas present, received an email in 17/12/24 saying it had been shipped. I’ve still not received the item. I’ve emailed 3 times in the email provided with no response. I’ve contacted them several times via IG and told it will be shipped with 48 tracking, still nothing received. Terrible customer service and no communication whatsoever. Will begin the refund process via my bank.

Poor communication
Took over six weeks to come, no response to emails or updates on delivery and time scale. Finally when arrived the badge on the front was peeled off and made a very disappointing Christmas present for my son.

Possible scam site - item not receivers
Paid for an item on 29th November, receipt received, but no information/ contact received since, despite emails sent asking about delivery date.
About to start a dispute via my bank.
Update 8th January 25
Following a dispute being raised with my bank, contact was made by the supplier and item was posted first class.
The item has since been returned due to poor quality (label hanging off, zip stuck and difficult to move). I was advised they would send a replacement. I have responded to advise I would like a refund, yet to receive a response regarding this request.
My view on about my experience in dealing with this company has not changed.
