Heartily recommend James, Revive Repairs, he responded quickly and dealt effectively with the issue. He was knowledgeable and open about the options, despite the fact that his honesty meant we would probably buy a new washing machine rather than have it repaired by him. He deserves to succeed.

I’ve had James help out twice in the past month—first to assess a faulty washer-dryer, which turned out to be beyond repair. He then installed the replacement quickly and efficiently. More recently, he installed a new integrated fridge for us. James is professional, communicates clearly, and really knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend his services.

James came and replaced a faulty noisy compressor motor on our twin drawer Hotpoint under counter refrigerator.
He came and inspected the refrigerator sourced a replacement motor and returned a couple of days later to fit it.
To replace the refrigerator would have cost £2600.00 for a Fischer & Paykel.
We were very happy that James was able to fix the Hotpoint for a fraction of that.

Loved his approach and attitude. On first phone contact gave me clear pricing (unprompted), and said he'd text me the night before visit with 2 hour window - which he did and met. He'd have been happy to work on his own, but was equally happy to answer my naive questions about the tests he was making, what had gone wrong and why, and how it could be fixed. And as a bonus he had the necessary replacement part in his van! Proper repair work, from someone who sees repairing (rather than disposal) as a mission. Now that's refreshing these days!
