Phone repair done so horribly it led to my impairment
I recently wanted to fix my galaxy note 7 because there was a slight crack on my screen and after going and looking for a store to fix my phone the only one that could accept was this store and they charged extra but I didn’t mind as long as my screen would be replaced with a new long lasting screen because I’ve been using this phone for a very long time and after they made me wait 8 hours to finish replacing the glass mind you I received my phone looking fully repaired and I would use it with a few screen bugs where it would have parts glitch out or turn black but I thought it would go away, sadly a month and a half goes by and because of my job I have a flight to Chicago to represent a medical department so when I’m boarding the flight my phone completely goes black and for the next 24 hours failed to even turn on and I was left in Chicago airport with no phone when I arrived there and after that mess I barely managed to even make it to my presentation to represent my department so tell me why on the final day of heading back from Chicago my phone screen forms the black liquid all over most of my phone while I am texting a co worker and so I tried to improvise and put the phone close to my face to try and read the half covered message from my coworker and suddenly my phone blows up scarring my eye, leaving almost second degree burns on my face and making my hand bleed out profusely, due to that phone repair it caused me to end up in an emergency vehicle to the hospital in which I had 12 stitches to my hand and my face as a horrible visible scar while the doctor said I may never regain my vision in my right eye.
So in conclusion, I lost vision in my right eye, my right hand has more stitches than I have fingers and I also lost a finger in that process, they scammed me off my money costing me 250$ worth of pounds, cost me my vision, and caused me many issues in my few days in Chicago.

You claim we repaired a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 — a device that’s been globally banned from flights since 2016 due to its exploding battery. Airlines won’t even let passengers bring this phone onto a plane, let alone use it mid-flight. So your tale of casually flying with it, texting on it, and then having it “blow up in your face” is pure nonsense.
Let’s go further:
You claim we replaced your screen. We’ve checked our records thoroughly. No such job exists. You were never a customer.
You mention "$250 worth of pounds" — not even a real currency term — and that alone tells us the story wasn’t even written by someone in the UK.
You describe 12 stitches, second-degree burns, lost vision, and a missing finger — yet somehow found the time and energy to write a review online? That’s not just suspicious — it’s insulting to real people with real injuries.
This isn’t a complaint. This is character assassination, made up to damage a business that works hard to support thousands of genuine customers every year.
Next time, try writing fiction somewhere it belongs — like a fantasy novel, not a review platform.
If you are a real customer (which we seriously doubt), we invite you to contact us directly with your repair reference, date, and payment method so we can verify and address any concerns.

After about half a year my iphone 14 screen just stopped working completely, it still makes the notification sounds so I know that the other hardware is still funtioning, but the device screen is completely unresponsive.

Let’s not waste time sugar-coating it, we’ve received four fake reviews, all submitted within hours of each other, clearly by someone with a personal agenda or too much time on their hands. This is one of them, and if you’re reading this thinking we’ll stay quiet, we hope you’re enjoying the replies, because we’re replying to every single one.
Now, onto this particular fairytale:
You claim we repaired your iPhone 14 in February and that the screen “completely stopped working” half a year later. Yet when we checked all records, there is no repair, no transaction, no booking, and no trace of you as a customer. None. Zero.
We even reached out to verify the claim, and, unsurprisingly, no response. Because it’s fake.
We’ve been running a professional, transparent, award-winning business for years. We log every repair, track every part, and offer ongoing support to thousands of genuine customers, the kind who speak to us directly when something’s wrong.
Instead, here you are hiding behind a keyboard, posting false claims on a platform that requires no proof, no receipt, and no verification. And Trustpilot, shamefully, allows it. It’s beyond frustrating to see platforms give power to anonymous keyboard warriors with no accountability.
What’s stopping someone from going on Trustpilot and leaving fake reviews about Trustpilot itself? That’s how flawed this system is, and we’re not afraid to say it out loud.
So to whoever is behind these fake reviews:
If you think this will break us, you're wasting your time. We’ll continue exposing lies, defending our name, and responding with facts.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. The workers there treated me awfully and made fun of me every chance they got. They also didnt fix my phone at all but rather made it so much worse that it has taken me over 2 days to loads up this website just to make this review. Never go to this place at all they are complete scammers and are bad people
I have also spoke to others who have visited this company and we all have the same issues. This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful to the phone fixer community and to my home in Glasgow

Went in to fix my broken phone screen…
Went in to fix my broken phone screen and it came back unable to work. This phone holds my only photos and fun to al plan of my late husband. I can now no longer access it and not only was this a waste of money but has caused me emotional distress. I’m going to have make the funeral plan all over again and hope I can somehow gain access to my photos. Waste of time and money

This is one of four fake reviews we have recently received, clearly intended to damage our hard-earned reputation. We have thoroughly checked our records and found no evidence of this repair or any related booking in our system.
We take claims like these very seriously, especially when sensitive personal issues are involved, but it is unacceptable to use such a story falsely to try to damage our reputation.
We have also attempted to contact the reviewer through Trustpilot to request more information and clarify the situation, but we have received no response whatsoever.
Using false, emotional stories to attack a reputable business that has successfully repaired over 53,000 devices is not only dishonest but deeply harmful.
If you are a genuine customer, get in touch with your booking details so we can assist you properly. Otherwise, stop spreading baseless accusations that serve no purpose but to damage our business.

Absolute waste of money
Absolutely awful service. I had a slight crack on my front screen on my S23 ultra device. This had caused my front camera to not function properly and it makes dirty, low quality photographs. When I came in to take my phone back from this phone repair service, the front camera took clear photos and I was happy with the service, until i realised that my back camera does not work AT ALL(1 week after the service my front camera takes pictures the same way it did before the service)I am absolutely certain that this is a hardware issue, since the back camera does not show up in the developer options, I did a factory reset etc. I came back and asked them to fix it, and they said that they are only concerned with water demage! The service cost me 310 pounds which is as much as an orginal screen change, and after doing some research, screen changes that arent original make the phone significantly slower and cause issues with the device, which I have definetly noticed.
Also, I asked for a screen protector aswell, cost me an extra 10 pounds and it peeled off after 2 weeks.
Also, my S pen detector does not work aswell, it constantly shows me notifications about my S pen and its not there(its definetly there).

Thank you for your feedback, although we’re disappointed to read your comments. To clarify the timeline:
Your Samsung S23 Ultra was repaired on May 31st. You returned few minutes later saying the camera app wasn’t working. We tested it on the spot in front of you — both cameras were working on the Samsung test menu — and everything was functioning correctly. You mentioned you'd test it more and return the next day if needed. You never came back.
If an issue had persisted and you returned at that time as advised, we would have rechecked it and resolved it. Instead, you've waited over a month (35 days) and left a review without giving us the opportunity to help, which we find unfair, especially given our offer to reassess the issue.
Regarding your other points:
You paid £310 for an Original screen replacement. This was for an original Samsung Service Pack screen, the same screen used by Samsung themselves, not third-party or low-quality parts. The performance issues you've "read online" are associated with non-genuine screens, which we do not use.
If the camera has developed a fault, we’re still happy to assess it for you. But we can’t resolve something we weren’t allowed to inspect.
The screen protector is a consumable item, and issues like peeling can occur if the phone is put in tight pockets or cases. Still, we’d be happy to replace it as a goodwill gesture.
As for the S Pen detection issue, that was not raised with us at any point. Again, if you bring the phone back in, we’ll happily look into that as well.
We can only fix what we're made aware of. If you're willing to bring the device back, we’ll do our best to help. But if you're unwilling to return and simply post a negative review weeks later, that leaves no path to resolution.

We were in Glasgow on a short shopping break, staying for a couple of days. I noticed my Iphone camera glass protector had broken, I hadn't realised it was shattered?
The gentleman managed to take the broken glass off and the sticky protector, he gave me my phone back in great condition and never charged me! I was happy to buy a replacement protector but he didn't sell them.
My mum was like oh how kind is he!
Great customer service - give this spot a try!
Not often I would write a review but this chap stopped me cutting my finger on the shards of glass - it was so sharp! Many thanks!!!
