Everything works perfectly and the support team is really nice. I would like to see improvement in waiting for a response but other than that, their service and their server quality is great.

I've been a customer for years. When they discontinued The premium plans in Germany (where i had a server with them) instead of forcing me to pay for the extreme plan or breaking our contract they let me have an extreme plan node for the original price. Now as i'm looking for upgrade and possible competitors i came to realise that the deal i have currently is unbeatable even after another provider offered a 55% discount for a similar setup.
Customer service is sometimes a bit slow but i'm an IT guy myself and rarely rely on them. My only gripe currently is the ongoing issue with the automated backup system malfunctioning.

Your customer support is absolutely non-existent and shameful.
Two interminable days have passed and my request has been treated with a level of apathy that borders on insulting.
The ticket on Discord has clearly been forgotten, ignored with unacceptable indifference.
It is offensive to see how an entire team can be made up of a bunch of incompetent and chronically unmotivated people.
You are not offering support; you are actively sabotaging the customer experience with your total inefficiency.
You are an operational disaster and the lowest level of service.
I am still waiting for a response.

One of the 6 servers my team and I bought for our minecraft server keeps crashing due to a memory issue. Support on their discord has been slow and unhelpful, basically ignoring our problem. Very disappointing.

I’ve been using Revivenode for 4 months for a Minecraft server and I have not had any issues. The support team is the best one out there. Cannot recommend this hosting company enough! + the owner is the kindest there is.

Support was decent for a while then fell off.
i had a server for almost a month. The first few days were great, they helped install the panel i wanted and answered questions promptly. Then a few weeks later i reset my server because i wanted to go another direction. It never sent the email with my password. I opened a ticket, it got bumped to management and i never heard from it again. The ticket stayed quiet along enough it auto-closed. I wasnt able to access the machine at all for a few days. So i finally gasve up and cancelled my service.

I try contact the staff about my server problem but they never replay. at the end. i try to contact them for get back my money

Not able to login to billing account and upgrade existing servers, had no response so am looking to migrate to another host who has an actual customer service that cares about their users.

Revivenode has the best customer service out of any company I have seen. Not only are they quick to respond, but they show care for their customers through extensive support with their products. They go above and beyond to ensure the success of their users and their projects.

A great and cheap host service.
It's really easy to get a small smp running with Revivenode. Revivenode has 2 different types of plans, premium and extreme, both of which are great for small servers. My personal experience with the panel is great. It's simple and easy to navigate and I've never had issues with it (except for the backup maintenance, which broke backups for my server entirely). I've hosted/co-hosted minecraft servers on different plans and I can say the performance is mediocre. On my purpur towny server the servers would oftenly crash, even if I optimized the server down to it's toes. However, this wasn't an issue for my modded server for some reason. I've encountered several issues with my servers before, and made a ticket for ~2 of them. Usually I was able to fix them myselves before revivenode staff even got to respond to my ticket.
