Don’t order if you actually want your product.
Don’t order through this company unless you want to never get your product. I placed an order on February 25th. It’s now April 7th and I’m still waiting. Their customer service keeps telling me to “be patient”. I’m in Mexico, just 1000 miles from Los Angeles, where it shipped from. For some reason no one can explain to me, my package spent the first month of its shipping journey heading to the UK to sit there for a few weeks. Why, you may ask? Apparently logistics. 🤷🏻♀️ Now it’s apparently made its way back the 5,000 miles from Europe to N. America, and yet, I still don’t have it. This lash serum has traveled over 10,000 miles to get to its final destination, which was 1,000 miles away from where it started. 🤦🏻♀️ I have requested a refund numerous times and all im told is “nah”. I could’ve walked it here faster. There is no excuse for this level of poor service.
