Very excited to upgrade system.
I have had 3 different systems over my years. Revo america is far more intense with my needs. I have only one camera so far but time is at my side, at least 7 more. Working on different stuff all the time, winter is here now in Michigan.

Repeat Client !!
I purchased my first Revo NVR and cameras last year. When I had a problem with the system, people in Tech support were excellent. When another surveillance system was required at another property, Revo was my go to product.

Easy product for DIY install
Received everything in good time. Loved my NVR and REVO cameras so much I ordered 2 more. I got an extra turret camera in the box. If you (Revo) want it back, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to send it back.

Manuel Customer Service
We ordered two cameras which arrived just a few days after we ordered them. We had one that was damaged and Manuel was awesome. He diagnosed the issue and was able to send a return label and get it replaced in a timely manor. Thank you for all the help and the great customer service Manuel. Much Appreciated!

Missing CAT-5 cable and FedEx delivered without customer signature as required
Camera was delivered by FedEx requiring signature. FedEx driver threw the box in front of garage, not at front door. Good thing I noticed the box in my other Revo camera and retrieved it before it could have been stolen. Secondly, Revo omitted the 100' CAT-5 cable from the ordered which was advertised being part of this order. Revo still owes me a 100" CAT-5 cable. On the other hand, camera is great!

we got a camera system that doesn't work my brother has called them and they said the wires should work when they still don't work i wouldn't recommend revo wireless system also contact support and don't get any help from the support at all so we have a system we paid for and haven't even got to use at all because it doesn't work
