Pleased with purchase, cameras and quick service to replace 2 defective cables

Got camera working on my own. Called customer service to ask if could place camera on hold so wouldn’t record while in home ( inside usage) and customer service couldn’t answer so I figured that out on my own. Go to smart detection and swipe button off .

Wrong product sent, the NVR that I ordered was not being provided anymore so they decided to send me something I don’t want without talking to me first. Then, my refund was a battle. Had to dispute through my bank.

I love mine. Easy to setup. Easy to install. The cameras are great quality. My only complaint would be is that it doesn't alert me right away when it picks something up. It takes a minute to alert me and show me what it does catch. Other than that, Love them.

Well, actually I did call Revo to see if the cameras I ordered (2-solar wireless ones) were compatible with my gateway system already in place. Customer service told me they were or stand alone if needed. Easily installed and work great.

You guys are awesome! The tech was able to walk me through the steps to unlock my password! He was very knowledgeable and I am so glad I have my security system!

I ordered a revo system with four cameras. Asked tons of questions before buying and revo assured me I was purchasing the proper items. After installing my system I tried to add two cameras which revo said would be compatible since they were both NVR cameras. Come to find the cameras will work but revo won’t tell me how to hook them up because the cameras where from a different manufacturer. Ok, I understand that so I ordered two more cameras from revo total of $268 now in cameras two of which revo told me were for my system. After installing them I find out they won’t link to my NVR. Revo customer support says they want me to ship back the cameras and wait for a refund and order yet a different set of cameras. All while expecting me to pay all the shipping at there mistake. They wouldn’t provide a shipping label. It’s taken two months to get to this point. Finally I write custom support as well as a letter to the BBB. This time someone called back and is sending the proper cameras with a return shipping label for the old cameras. The last person I talked to stated someone was giving me wrong information even though I’ve talked to about 16 different people. It seems all 16 were wrong and the last guys was right, however I still haven’t received my shipping label or new cameras so I’m not totally sure there correct yet. Topping it off the company name is revo American and all there cameras are made in China the signal one the four working cameras drops often and videos is choppy at best. Very low quality poor service and extra headache. I don’t recommend revo to anyone!!! It’s is possible to find better system at a cheeper cost had I know this b4 that’s exactly what I would have done.

I asked how to setup multiple streams so that I could change my image resolution due to me slow network connection, the technician said he would get back to me. no response! This is the same thing that happened when I purchase the first set of cameras that I had to return because no one could tell me how to add the replacement camera to my system.
I received a reply: They provided me a number to call, I called multiple times, left a message for a call back and received no response. This is not a company I want to do business with! Buyer be ware!

This is now my third generation of Revo surveillance systems over many years and it is the best yet.

Revo America is a great company to work with. My old Revo SD video system Windows 7 finally died after I rebuilt it a couple times. I ordered the new Ultra system, 4T, 16 channel with starlight. The first unit had multiple problems. Revo sent a new one the next day! The video system display is amazing. Revo has never disappointed with their technical support.

I've reached out multiple times to their online support for help. I've yet to receive any word back.

Perfect would buy again

This is the second Revo Security Camera System I have owned. I came back because of the quality, customer service and price. I had 2 friends at my first home where I first used Revo who were so impressed they also bought systems. I now live in a rural/country area of the Pacific Northest and installed a wireless system at our home when we had tweakers move into the area. The system is up and they know anywhere they go on our property there are at least two cameras on them at any time. A great deterrent and record if we ever do have an issue. Also, a neighbor here is also buying a Revo system!

i ordered my cameras they came quickly installed them myself with no problem. They are much better than my old cameras. Love them.

I enjoy the service and quick response. We never had a bad service yet.
