awful cs, actually non existent, they dont respond to every email and call msgs , just wanted to buy bag from them as price looks attracctive, but wont be tempted as others have been cheated

Do not trust this store
I recently purchased a product from this online store that was listed as available, but after almost a week without any confirmation, I tried to contact them via email and through a ticket on the website and received no response.
I requested to cancel the order and refund my money, and once again, after more than 3 weeks, I still have not received a response.
I am still waiting for a reply and the refund of €449.
Do not trust this store.

Retoure wird erschwert
Ich habe am 3. April 2023 bestellt und nach Ostern die Ware erhalten. Bis dahin alles gut.
Da die Jacke nicht passt, möchte ich diese zurückgeben und habe nun schon zum zweiten Mal einen Retourenschein angefordert (nach AGB soll man das so machen).
Ich warte nun schon 3 Tage auf eine Antwort

Excellent service
Needed a zipper to connect my revit gear to a custom made pants.
Tom has put in a lot of effort and time to get the right zipper.
After all I received the zippers for free!
Absolutely amazing such service.
This shop is highly recommended.
