Okay hurtigt levering

Okay hurtigt levering, kunne gå hurtigere, men skoene var perfekte og vi fulgte størrelses guiden på hjemmesiden, så selvom min kæreste bruger 45 normalt købte vi 45,5 som anbefalet og det var perfekt! 👌

The website gave the wrong information

I saw that I can buy it in store, cause it shows the store in cph is in stock. However, when I went to the store, the staff told me there is no stock, I felt so disappointed that time.

Jeg er meget utilfreds med min oplevelse hos Rezerstore.

Vi returnerede et par sneakers, som var for små,m og har ventet næsten en måned på at modtage et nyt par i en større størrelse. Nu er det den 13. april, og vi har stadig ikke hørt noget som helst fra dem!

Jeg har endda sendt en email for at få en opdatering, men har ikke fået noget svar. Det er virkelig frustrerende med så lang ventetid og manglende kundeservice.

Jeg forventer en hurtig forklaring og en løsning på sagen hurtigst muligt.
