Just bought my second Rhino Bootliner due to a vehicle change. The old liner has served me well and is still good as new after six years.
I had a slight issue with the new liner which caused me to contact customer service, the response was fast and the issue resolved immediately. Thoroughly recommended.

After initially sending the wrong liner for my Volvo V60 they sent the correct replacement. Delivery times were good and even the 2nd liner arrived within 2 weeks of my initial order.

The quality of the cover is also good, it's nice and thick and well made.

Unfortunately the design of the cover is poor. The corners where the back and sides meet are joined with velcro, which is fine, except the velcro is on the inside of both pieces. Whilst the two parts do join, any pressure on either part pulls them apart again. Essentially you will always have a gap where the two parts meet because it will always come apart as soon as you use that part of the boot.

I really wanted to like this liner, but having that gap top to bottom at each side renders the liner fairly useless. All it needed was a fold around flap to resolve the issue.

3 stars for quality and delivery times, 0 stars for design. Unfortunately I'd struggle to recommend this item, it's almost good but failed at the last hurdle.

ordered very extensive set to line the whole of my (expensive) VW Caravelle so I can use it to transport muddy bikes when not in 'posh' mode. Initial supplied set was slightly out as its internal measurements are slightly different to normal T5, Callum video called me and we walked it through, replacements arrived within days. Lining is v good quality. Two years later some velcro was coming unstuck - probably my fault for not preparing surfaces properly - even though well beyond warranty date Callum again jumped on it and one day/call later sent out some new parts inc window suckers to help, Top service and thanks Callum.

A few of my mates were singing the praises of these boot liners so when I purchased a new car I ordered one rather than running the risk of using the usual blue plastic sheets like I did with my old car, wet muddy fishing tackle and car interiors certainly don't mix so I wanted to protect my new investment. The website is easy to understand and the ordering process straightforward. I received an email from Rhino the next day querying if I wanted the liner to fit with the boot floor raised or down, apparently there are two options with my vehicle so they clearly know their stuff. The liner arrived about 10 days later which is a quick turnaround for something that is custom made. The material is hard wearing and fits perfectly, just what you would expect from something made in the UK.

I recently ordered a bespoke boot liner for a Audi Q2.
It arrived today and is worth every penny. Simple to install, fits perfectly and is exceptionally well made. Highly recommended.

I bought a boot liner for the polestar 2, it was an extremely tight fit and the velcro that connects the sides to the back keep disconnecting. I wouldn't recommend for Polestar drivers. The quality of the material is very good, it's a shame that the fitting has let it down.

Brilliant after sales care. It was no fault of Rhino, but the polish used by the car manufacturer to clean the plastics in my car boot made it challenging to stick the boot liner in place. I used the information on Rhinos website, but also got in touch for advice. They were extremely helpful and also supplied (free of charge) extra materials. Problem solved and really pleased with the product and service.

Fantastic seat covers and a fantastic company to deal with. I researched different makes of seat cover for my horsebox for ages before discovering Rhino covers. I knew exactly what I wanted and am very fussy so wanted to make sure they were right before ordering. Calum patiently answered loads and loads of questions before I finally placed my order. When they arrived (within the timeframe quoted) one of them needed a slight tweek. This was done quickly and without question. I now have a set of excellent quality, fantastically made seat covers that look superb and have massively improved the look and ease of cleaning of my seats.

Excellent bespoke seat covers. They fit very well and do not come undone. I have used my one for over a year and it shows almost no signs of wear. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a care label sown in giving details of how to wash them (temperature, washing machine cycle, etc) or even have it on the website.

I ordered a full liner (magic seats down) for my Honda Jazz, as its the perfect mountain bike transporter car. Great quality liner from Rhino, can't fault the service, I'll be back when I change cars. Thank you!

From ordering to delivery this company have been amazing, up front and honest. The first liner was sent wrong however callum quickly sent a replacement liner. Callum has been amazing throughout and very helpful. If I could give a higher rating I would, customer service is clearly at the forefront of their business and for this I cannot fault them at all!!! The liner itself is made with excellent quality materials and craftsmanship!!! Unfortunately the liner didn't quiet fit our car correctly but even with this callum remained more than helpful and has offered a solution without hesitation.
Despite not being able to use their product for my vehicle I have already recommended them to multiple friends and family.

Great communication and product advice prior to purchase. The quality of the product exceeded my expectations. Very hard wearing material, well made and good fit on mySkoda. I am sure that they will last well and give good protection. The seat covers arrived in less than two weeks which I thought was great being made to order. We advised if they would make some more front seats with an additional modification. They said send back the originals sullied and they would alter them with my additional requirement. They carried out the alterations within 2 days and sent them back all free of charge. Customer Service now to an unbelievable level

Ordered a liner with the bib attached, but unfortunately came with out one. Phoned them and straight away apologised there mistake and ordered another one, my boot door protector didn't fit so they ordered another one, as I understand that all different makes and models are all slightly different. I had also had the liners for 2 months but hadn't gotten around to put them on as car needed to be sorted. Was worried as it had been 2 months, but absolutely no problem. Callum who I dealt with was absolutely amazing cannot fault the company or there customer service. Very happy with the liner and brilliant that they do the bib over the top seats and covers for the head rests. Highly recommend this company.

Bought a rear seat liner for a Toyota Aygo X; have bought several similar items from Rhino in the past and have always been satisfied with the quality and fit of the items and their service.
In this caes, as my car was a brand new model they went out to a showroom and measured specially; the fit was perfect.

We have used Rhino several times over the years and always been satisfied. The latest boot liner we ordered needed to be a bit wider over the bumper and Rhino remade the piece to accommodate our request. Service over and beyond!! Highly recommended

Great quality boot liner, fits beautifully. Polite and helpful staff. Don’t think I’ll need another liner, as this will last a long time but if I do it’ll be a Rhino liner. Thanks guys
