Love the items I ordered, although I’m returning one of them, the one I’m keeping exceeded my expectations. They are so lightweight, you can’t feel them at all, so great for every day wear. I ordered a pair of two-tone affinity heart stud earrings. There was a small issue where I had received the wrong earring. I immediately emailed customer care at Rhokea and Owais dealt with my query. The issue was dealt with on the same day and he also sent a replacement pair out, on the same day, via DPD special delivery. After this, we then arranged for the incorrect earrings to be returned.
I now have the correct earrings and they’re honestly so beautiful.
I was really pleased that my query was dealt with so efficiently, it made me feel trusted and valued as a customer and I’m confident in purchasing from this brand again.

I bought these earrings having seen them a few times on tiktok and i’m so happy with them. They feel really expensive and good quality and the customer service is great.
