Customer service couldn’t be any worse. Within seconds of placing my order, I realized that via an auto-population prompt, that my shipping address was incorrect. Given that there isn’t a support number, I emailed the support team asking if I should cancel and resubmit or if they can update the information on their end. 5 hours later I received a response stating the my order had just gone to the shipping warehouse and as such, no changes can be made. They advised me to “contact someone at the mailing address and ask them to mail it to me.” Given that the address is a 10 hours later drive away and that I don’t know anyone at the address, this is not a reasonable option. A second support team member then got involved and attempted to hide the fact that my request to change the order was submitted in a timely manner and sent screenshots intentionally removing the timestamp from my email and emails later in the thread to say that I didn’t message them in time for them to change the address, and again told me to ask the record mail the package to me. No accountability. No professionalism. For a company of this size, this level of support is an embarrassment for them. Do not order directly from them. Go to the store or get it on Amazon.
UPDATE:
After escalation, the management team reviewed the issue and approved a full replacement/fulfillment of my order, which has since been shipped to the correct address. I appreciate the management team taking the time to review the situation and authorizing a resolution once the matter was brought to their attention.
While I am thankful for the corrective action and the effort made by management to resolve the issue, this outcome was only achieved after escalation beyond initial customer support. The initial handling of the address correction request and the guidance provided did not align with reasonable expectations, but I do acknowledge and appreciate the steps taken by management to make things right.

Trust the bad reviews. 14 days and no delivery, didn't even process for 6 days, Carlos and Jorge are a joke for customer service. And most experts after researching more discredit lipsomal delivery systems and independant tests shows ingredients not listed including high amounts of sugar.

They are very inconsistent with who they use for a courier and the duties you pay are all over the place! Their shipping is a joke and they dont take responsibility.
They do not care about customer service. Don't waste your time ordering from this company!

Product is more expensive than similar products but based on the supposedly quality I did order it. The main problem is their delivery service. They use a company GOFO that leaves packages on sidewalks. So they deliver the items but not necessarily to your address. Then Carlos ( RHO customer Service) has the nerve to answer justifying the crappy delivery and telling me to go ask neighbors if they picked up my order.

I paid over €200 for various supplements. Order never received, tracking did not update for over 4 months. The company refused a refund.
Their customer service is a nightmare. No matter how many times I've chatted with their customer service and went online to fix my address so I can receive delivery, they don't update it and my product gets returned. They also use a delivery company called Uni Uni, which I haven't heard of before. I DO NOT recommend Rho at all.
Not a good return policy, deceptive. I wouldn't order with them again.
Avoid Rho Nutrition.
I was unable to cancel a subscriotion due to a buggy website. After emailing for a resolution I was pretty much told, they don't care.
I offered to ship products back to Rho in their closed box, and have not recieved a response. Avoid Rho at all costs!

I order 2 bottles of rho NAD over a month ago and I have still never received my purchase. I have contacted them several times now and they have NEVER responded!!!!!!!!

I wanted to try their glutathione and it was a lot cheaper to subscribe so I reluctantly subscribed, believing I could then cancel later. I'm always wary about subscriptions incase they overcharge. To my horror my order ended up getting sent out one day and the same order again the next day!! So my credit card was charged twice in 2 days, without my consent. I contacted the company by email immediately and they blamed it on me, not their system and said they could not refund me. NEVER AGAIN. Whatever you do, don't subscribe to these guys!!!

I was really excited to support this company and try their liposomal supplements, but ordering from this company turned out to be such a headache. My order got lost in the mail, and then they sent me an email that assured me they were following up with the carrier and I didn't need to do anything. I reached out a few weeks later when it was clear that the package was gone and the company had not reached back out, and stated that I would like a refund. Instead, they blamed me for not contacting them sooner, ignored my request for a refund and then placed a new order for me, even though I had made it clear I was hoping to move on to something more readily available. In the future, I hope that their customer service representatives will actually listen to the customer and try to find a resolution that both parties are happy with. Instead they just ignored my thoughts and forced me into a solution I was not interested in. I would stay away from this company--the price point of their products is too high for this kind of runaround.

Recent UPDATE 2.13.26: That was a lie no one had refunded me since the manager reached out. I reached out three different times about the refund with NO RESPONSE. Sticking to my original review DO NOT BUY FROM RHO THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
This company does NOT back their 60 money back guarantee. We couldn’t not celebrate Christmas on the normal day and my mom purchased a bundle for me not knowing that some of the ingredients in it I couldn’t take. Btw if these are supposed to be good ingredients why are all of them filled with potassium sorbate! The representative Santiago did not care and just copied pasted his response. My mom sadly paid $203 on the supposed great Black Friday sale to only be told sorry can’t help you since over 30 days. Very sad to see influencers like Gabby Reece, Laird Hamilton, Dr. Becky Campbell if she is really a Dr. back these products and promises. Just goes to show that money is more important than people. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!! They are not clean and they have a 7.58 trust score through SuppCo.

Have spent nearly AUD300 buying this company s product in November 2025. It is now January 2026 and all I have is a bunch of BS emails fobbing me off with " this time of year shipping issues" I have asked for tracking numbers numerous times ..AS REPUTABLE COMPANIES HAVE.. Im usually pretty good with scammers but this company has the best Smoke and Mirrors outfit going.
Do Not Deal with them ..you will never see your money again.Shame on you for taking hard earned money from gullible people like me.

Total scam company that cheats customers. I tried to cancel an order with these frauds and they refused to cancel it. And I never received the garbage product. This is a fake company and you are probably buying water and sugar if you decide to buy their junk.

I wish I could give 0 stars . Horrible company !!! I’ve yet to see any difference , bloodwork has not changed and customer service is non existent!!! They make it impossible to login to cancel your subscription and then when you try to reach them through email, it’s days before you get a response … not to mention the response is useless and they do not even try to help . This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with . If you are thinking about ordering, do not, you will regret it.

I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved subscription billing and return issue with Rho Nutrition LLC.
I was charged for a subscription refill that I did not need, as I still had five unopened bottles of the product on hand. The same day the charge posted to my credit card, I immediately contacted the company via email requesting cancellation and a return authorization.
Rho Nutrition took three days to respond. During that delay, the order was processed and shipped. When customer service finally replied, I was informed that subscription orders are non-returnable, despite the products being unopened and my having contacted the company immediately after the charge occurred.
I followed up again, pointing out that their policy allows returns for one-time purchases but not for subscription customers, even when the customer acts promptly and before shipment. I requested an RA number and offered to return the unopened products immediately.
I received no response after this follow-up.
This experience appears to reflect a process where customer inquiries are delayed until orders ship, after which returns are denied by citing policy. I believe this is unfair and misleading, particularly to loyal subscription customers who act in good faith.

Shipping with this company is trash, and the support team can't seem to do their jobs to figure out where product is.
