Misplaced my items
I had recently moved and misplaced my cord, lock, and remote to my treadmill.
I reached out to customer service and had a quick response. She was so kind and polite to help me. They were so generous to replace all my items. And now I get to enjoy my treadmill. Which by the way is amazing!
I Definitely recommend this Company.

Perfect for what I need
Perfect for what I need. Fits under the couch and I pull it out and watch a movie while I walk. It has helped me immensely. Works perfectly. And customer service has been excellent

Stay away from this company!
I've had my walking pad from them for a year, and the motor burned out on it. It created a VERY unsafe experience using it. When I reached out to their support department, they told me it was just a little past the 1 year warranty and they refuse to replace the burned out motor. I spent a lot of money on this for it to last less than a year. This is a terrible company that doesnt stand by their products and they refuse to help people when they need it. Their products dont last and I would highly suggest everyone stay away from this business. I will be leaving multiple 1 star reviews everywhere I can and warning everyone that this company is a horrible business and makes products that absolutely do not last more than a year. STAY AWAY!!!!!

EDIT - 9/16/2026 - Customer service reached out to rectify the issue, will update again once product is received.
It will turn off/reset back to zero by itself while I'm walking on it, and I lose the counter of time, miles and calories. The outer power cord (black) is cut and exposes the inner cord (white). Since it powered on and it worked, I didn't think it would be an issue and now I am thinking this may be the reason it turns off randomly while I am using it...I didn't report it as damaged, and return it but I should have.

I ordered my treadmill and on Nov 27 I got msg it was shipped. Then to be delivered on Dec 6th, then the 8th, then 10th now it's the 11th.

It took longer to get here than advertised but I have been using it for about a week now and love it. It came with a rail and a safety stop button as well as a place to hold my phone. Hopefully I can reach my weight loss goal with it as I really didn't want to join another gym.

Small and quiet
Fits well in my very small house. I can move it by myself. The electronic read-outs are large enough that I can read them without my glasses. Works fine for me as I am only 5’ tall. My walker legs just fit on either side to give me more stability. I hope it lasts because it is just right for me.
