Wow finally Hyundai have employed a women. What a positive and refreshing addition. Nicola at the Farlington/portsmouth branch is simply a breath of fresh air. As a female married couple we were treated with respect. We have shopped at this branch for years and the difference Nic made to our buying journey was outstanding. We will remember the day. She even put a bow on the car when we picked it up. Girls please support this young lady, you will not be disappointed. This was the best experience we have had in over 15 years of buying cars from Hyundai.

Our experience was excellent from start…
Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Jakub listened to our must-haves in a car and immediately responded to this with his suggestions. We didn’t feel rushed at any point and Jakub answered all of our questions. We also requested last minute the car be ready 2 days early, and he ensured the car went through the prep in time so it was ready for us to collect! Fantastic service - thank you Jakub!

Worst car-buying experience
Worst car-buying experience – Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth
Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a Hyundai Tucson PHEV expecting a properly inspected, reliable vehicle, but discovered multiple defects, including malfunctioning blind spot sensors, electrical issues, bodywork misalignment and a faulty brake light.
The dealership took the car back for repairs but returned it with only the brake light fixed. The other issues remain unresolved.
The most disappointing part is the lack of a proper resolution despite raising serious concerns about the vehicle's safety systems. For a Hyundai Approved Used dealership, this level of service is simply unacceptable.
I deeply regret buying from this dealership. I am now having to escalate my complaint to Hyundai UK. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before purchasing from Richmond Hyundai Portsmouth.
