Meeting to discuss options for a new car
Had a great meeting with Bhadur Singh - Bhads - who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and a really nice guy. He answered all our questions and helped us to determine which options would suit our needs and our budget.
He then forwarded written confirmation of our options very promptly.
We are looking forward to the follow up meeting soon.

Great customer service
I went into richmond group with lots of questions about a specific car as im looking to buy. I was greeted by a young man named Bryn. He was'nt pushy but clearly knew what he was talking about. He awnsered all my questions and put me at ease. He has great customer skills and is an asset to the company. I will definatley go back to Richmond and i will be asking for him when i go back to buy my car

Superb Service 5*
I don't tend to write many reviews as people tend to only moan never praise.
I have purchased here before and I'm now on my third car. The service that Thomson provided was over and above the norm. Very helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable about the car and it's benefits. Would definitely recommend him to others as he's a credit to the company.
Thanks also to Deepak for his commitment.
Nice to know that the great team hasn't changed over the years. Always greeted with the warm friendly welcome and topped off with the same great service.

Pricing inconsistency, a plan to rip customer off
There Is an inconsistency in their pricing for non standard repairs.
Last year, I decline to do my broken rear washer pipe that was price at £55 due to insufficient fund becausei had to fix my brake for over £500.
I wanted to fix it this today but the price had suddenly gone up to £234.46 which i seriously considered a rip off.
I am very dissatisfied and traumatised with this attitude 😒
