MG HS was the choice of car and Guildford dealership was the closest to us. Initially a telephone conversation with Marius Mockus who searched cars for us & and then a meeting at the centre.
Everyone was efficient and friendly & Marius talked us through the process, test drive etc.
Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend this centre and especially Marius.

The sales experience was very good as is reflected in many of the reviews posted. However, my car has now developed a fault that means I am unable to reliably open, lock or start the car. The earliest date available for the car to be seen is December. No appreciation at all that I have a car that I cannot use. When asked who I could escalate this to I was told there is no escalation process and that there is nothing they can do. Apparently the delay is due to closing another branch and they receive at last one to two calls a day with the same issue. Absolutely shocking after care. Avoid at all costs.

Bought an MG4 EV from Marius, my second EV from MG Slyfield in 3 years. Very friendly and not pushy staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

We arranged an appointment to speal to someone regarding a sale of a new car .
The first person we spoke to had inadequate and limited knowledge regarding the model and specifications of the car .
We then walked away confused , We then received an email regarding further help with someone more senior , We arranged to leave work early to make the appointment due to thier persistance .
Henry on the phone explained the terms and other details and we arrived to Henry being in another appointment, He explained he thought we were coming at the weekend despite the fact that we had spoken to him on the phone the night before .
However Henry said he would juggle both sales , He then explained the car we were ordering was getting taken off of the manufacturer's due to some changes being made and the price was going to be changed .
This could have been discussed on the phone the evening before and i didnt need a 90 mile round trip to be told these details .
I was given a massive lacking of any customer care or common courtesy, Leaving empty handed and a poor reflection of the conpany .
We will not be returning .

Dylan made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful without ever making us feel pressured.
