Brilliant Sales Team…
today we picked up our lovely new vitara from suzuki fareham the sales team have been amazing especially the the lovely salesman jaq who could not have been more helpful and friendly
i must also mention will the sales manager for his generousity and
patience This is the forth new car we have bought from suzuki and have never been dissappointed

Well presented staff friendly environment and service. Jag Sigh was our sales person with a very friendly attitude. Thank you for sorting the problem so quickly with one of the alloy wheels amazing response. Well done you for customer service. We have just bought a car , and had brilliant service from Richmond but especially Jag, he couldn’t do enough for us.

Was looking for a car for our daughter
Was looking for a car for our daughter, Jag was our salesperson. What a brilliant service we received, nothing to much trouble and everything explained. He even decorated the car with a big bow and a little note when we brought our daughter in to collect the car.

A very good experience
I dealt with 2 representatives from Suzuki Fareham, 'Sam' & 'Will'.
I first spoke with Sam who took me through the initial process of looking for, and then finding, a suitable car.
He thoroughly explained the process, ways I could pay and what would happen, in a clear easy to understand way.
Will took me through the collection of my car, sorting out the road tax through PIP, and made sure I was happy with everything.
Both were helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. The dealership was clean and welcoming and other colleague's were also helpful.
A good experience and I would recommend Suzuki Fareham.

All of the sales team in Richmond Suzuki in fareham are always so lovely and accommodating to all of my needs. Mo helped me find a great deal for a new Suzuki swift. He was great to talk to and listened to all my requirements and made the whole process quick, easy and enjoyable.

I want to thank Suzuki and in particular Pete for all his amazing care when I bought my car. He answered my relentless questions, was really professional and down to earth. As a single woman buying her first car I felt reassured all the time.

Lovely experience!
This was my first time buying a car and I can say I had a fabulous experience. The staff were very polite and personal and made sure that everything was fixed on the car. There were a few delays - which they were not at fault for - but nevertheless they kept me informed of the situation and what was going on.
Joe was the individual who helped me with my purchase, he was great from start to finish! Really enjoyed my experience and will be recommending to friends and family.

Jag was very friendly and approachable. Everything went very smoothly and there was no hard selling. A very enjoyable shopping experience!
There was a small delay but this was out of their control.
