Avoid them like the plague.

They pose as a UK site but they are in China.

I Placed an ordered 12th April

Heard nothing for 3 weeks (still showed as ready to ship on the stupid app called “Shop”)

Emailed may times, finally given a tracking number (likely fake).

Went on holiday 8th May, still nothing. Then noticed a change in shipping saying it was delivered 4th May !!! Total lie.

Contacted them on my return and they answered:
“We recommend that you first check with your neighbors, family members, or anyone else who may have received the package on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your local post office or carrier to report the missing package and request a formal investigation.”

So I am expected to do their chasing !!!. Told them in so many words that this was their job.

Never heard since.

Ever wondered how they get some positive feedback, easy and this is how they do it:

1. They buy a sample of attractive items and then sell them at approx ½ price and ship them and then get good feedback from those few. After the stock is sold, they ship nothing or some junk (like me).

2. They create fake feedback, what is referred to as “self certify”, e.g. they get goons to post positive crap.

Ordered 12/4; according to their site it would take 2 days to be shipped, then 7-10 days to arrive.
Received a shipping notification 21/4 (rather more than 2 days). However, the tracking data claimed the number was not valid.
Emailed 7/5 regarding the no-show and received no response.
Dispute raised.

Do not buy from these scam artists.

Ordered, never received

I ordered an item it wasn’t as I expected, no instructions with it. Have emailed them 3 times no replies. Now contacting PayPal. As others have said “stay away “

Update,since contacted PayPal I have found 2 companies that are not shown on original order. This is how they get away with scamming the public 😡

Ordered April 16th, says delivered on tracking but never received it.

Little robbing horrors.

ordered some products from them on the 27th of April, I have tracked the parcel, and surprise, look delivered after 10 days, at 00,22 to my home without any proof, I wonder what carrier does delivery at midnight. Have emailed ricife, been completely ignored, so my only thing to say is STAY AWAY, DON`T ORDER!!!

My 5% discount was not applied to the payment I made.

Simple to use. Fits all of my different types of drills. Good value for money.

Although received, I have not used this item as yet, I am fairly confident that the laser tool for drilling, level, vertical, and horizontal holes, although a little expensive for what it is ! It will be a valued tool for the future ! Thank you ! Malcolm Taylor.

Looks nothing like I ordered. Drill alignment tool showed three lazers on advert only has two and is really cumbersome in size. Poor ..

Really like this product, still have to train my car to use it.

The product looks good on the website however almost a month since ordering I still have not received it. No response from Ricife to several emails. I have set a deadline for delivery beyond which I will stop payment through my credit card if they refuse to refund.
Update: My second email to Ricife asking for an update on where my order is a month after ordering simply generated an auto " please buy more" email response. Clearly there is zero customer service from these people. I would most definitely advise anyone to STEER CLEAR AND DO NOT BUY
The positive reviews on here have so clearly been added by the company themselves. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT BUY.
UPDATE. 14/5/2024
I tried demanding a refund yet again today only to receive a bogus email claiming they delivered on 4th May. This company lies and cheats you out of money.

Quite disappointed with my bee cups in the advert they look like they are made from pottery but they are actually plastic. They will do the job I suppose but look quite cheap which they definitely are not!

4 right angle locking hinges, nice quality and did the job perfectly well.

Very pleased, great little item, good delivery service too x

Item arrived exactly as described and pictured. I was very happy woth my purchase. Delivery was fairly fast and it arrived in good condition. 👍
