Ordered three calendars. It said they would take 3-5 days but it was four weeks in the end as they come from China. Two of them are fine, but the third has been assembled incorrectly so the images/pages are all upside down when you hang it up. Not worth it.

Although I didn't receive much communication about when i was receiving my item, it came in really good time and i was very happy with my product

I ordered 2 angels for little add on presents on 1st December, the tracking has not updated since the 8th of December, I’ve emailed 5 times with no response, absolute scam, it looks like these won’t arrive if I’m honest, all I want now is a refund but guess what not responding to that, wish I had read the reviews, no way of contacting them… 😡😡😡😡😡

Item took a long time (3wks+) to arrive & was damaged when it got here. I don’t feel it was value for money either. It was a birthday gift but it’s too naff to give to anyone! I’ve emailed their customer service twice, once saying I wanted a refund as it hadn’t even been shipped a month after ordering & a second time when it arrived damaged. Zippo response from them. Won’t be ordering from Ricife again.

I bought a tissue holder box as a fun decoration for my Grandchildren's room. Cannot figure out how the tissues are supposed to fit in the box. Have sent several emails (all ignored) AVOID

As per all other reviews. Advent calendar jigsaw pieces missing. Took ages to come. Pieces dirty and stained awful product. Have emailed but from everyone else’s comments I don’t expect a response.

Wouldn't even give it a one star!!! No where on it's website does it say it'll be shipped from China!! Ordered three weeks ago, missed the occasion and numerous emails sent and not one reply. Total rip-off, advertising as .....co. uk. When clearly its based in China. Still waiting 🤷‍♀️😠

Do not use. Stuff is broken and they dont reply to emails

As previous messages I wish I had read reviews. My order has also missed a xmas event deadline, even though I ordered weeks ago. No response to numours emails.

Advent Jigsaw Puzzle- Pleasantly surprised - I panicked when I saw the other reviews thinking I had been scammed. However the product arrived and was a much better quality than the previous reviews had warned. Delivery time - don’t expect to receive in 3 days but it did say when ordering the expected delivery time.

Sent completely the wrong items, no response to emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR BUY FROM THEM.

Brought advent calendars for myself and four friends, it’s now 12th December most jogsaws have one or two pieces missing, tried to contact company by email / no response - do not buy from this company

When my jigsaw advent calendar finally arrived. It had 6 peaces missing, 2 duplicate pieces, and a handful of pieces in the wrong number boxes. Extremely upset as I wanted this to be a new family tradition that I could hand down to my children

No response to multiple emails after waiting 4 weeks for order. Pursued via paypal and miraculously got order delivered today after escalating case. The tracking link is a fake, the quality of the goods poor , wish I had read reviews- sucked in by Instagram advertisement.

Attached is a picture of the schechers golf shoes that I purchased in May. They are now falling apart. I would like a replacement.

I bought an Advent Calendar jigsaw which has proved to be excellent. The negative reviews are understandable as it wasn’t clear to me that it was shipping from China. Delivery took much longer than expected and a reply to my email asking what the status of the order was took five days. Overall the goods turned up and were good quality.

I wouldn't give this any stars. Product purchased arrived bent, the print was awful and terrible quality. Sent an email complaint and not had any response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 😡
