Ich habe ein teures "Tailored" (maßgeschneidertes) Kit bestellt, aber die Folie kollidierte massiv mit dem werkseitig fest verklebten Kettenstrebenschutz. Der Support meldete sich erst nach 4 Tagen, schob das Problem auf "werkseitige Abweichungen" und verlangte, dass ich die Folie selbst mit einem Messer am Rahmen zuschneide.
Da die Folie bei der Montage logischerweise schon teilweise klebte, war eine Rückgabe unmöglich. Mein Angebot auf einen fairen Kompromiss (50 % Teilrückerstattung für den Fehler und meine Eigenleistung) wurde abgelehnt.
Zu allem Überfluss hat sich die Folie nun beim Transport verschoben. Die Reaktion von RideWrap? Man teilte mir mit, die Folie habe das Bike immerhin "geschützt". Vor was bitte? Vor der weichen Gummi-Abdeckung meines Thule-Trägers? Das Ganze wird langsam echt lächerlich und extrem unprofessionell. Wer ein wirklich passgenaues Kit und guten Service erwartet, wird hier enttäuscht.

I ordered a premium "Tailored" kit, but the protection film collided massively with the factory-installed, strongly glued chainstay protector. Customer support took 4 days to reply, blamed it on "factory variances," and told me to just cut the film myself with an X-Acto knife directly on my frame.
Since the film was already partially applied during the installation process, returning it was impossible. They refused a fair compromise (50% partial refund for the poor fit and having to modify it myself).
To make matters worse, the film has now shifted during transport. RideWrap's response? They claimed the film "protected" the bike. Protected from what exactly? The soft rubber clamp of my Thule carrier? This is getting ridiculous and highly unprofessional. If you expect a truly perfect, tailored fit and good support, look elsewhere.

The ride wrap does is job very well at keeping the bike protected. After a washing his bike, my son is often asked if it is a new bike.
It can be difficult to apply if you don’t have a bike stand.
I had a problem and the guys at Ridewrap sorted it out quick, and hassle free. Great service

Die Rahmenschutzfolien von Ride Wrap sind einfach genial. Das Anbringen der Folie braucht natürlich seine Zeit, viel Geduld und auch etwas Nerven. Wenn die Folie mal dran ist, einfach ein super Schutz und sieht auch optisch sehr gut aus. Anleitung ist sehr klar und ansonsten online die Videos anschauen. Folien haben sehr gut gepasst.

I am a firm believer in ridewrap. Both Gravel and MTB are protected. Ordered their tailored models. Their Gravel bike one for a Pinarello Grevil had some pieces that could have used a few cuts because those parts are curved. But I have gotten better with the straighter pieces, but still not good enough on the install. I use the proper amount of the squirty stuff in 32oz of water. The problem is application and getting all air bubbles out. You’ve got to really soak the frame and the film to get it in position and to allow the air to escape. I got the essentials in place and I’m getting better but still takes a lot of patience.

Totally love the product, installs easily with the right preparation. Still looks fresh with no lifting worth every penny. Thank you ridewrap!

My previous experiences with RideWrap were great. This most recent kit, along with their customer service response, was poor. The tailored package was not cut correctly in many places, a very poor fit. Customer service was very slow responding, refused to engage on the shortcomings I told them about and instead lectured me on applying the film. The only redeeming factor was they sent me a replacement kit of the same, ill-fitting original.

Product itself high quality. If you have experience in PPE wrapping, would be not hard to finish that. I did full wrap on my full suspension MTB, it takes me two days to finish.

Customer service was awesome, picked up product from Lilydale after ordering wrong size and was changed over no questions, that is great service.
Product has been great, have had a couple of marks and tears from other peoples brake levers rubbing whilst in transport.

Love RideWrap. 100% recommend and have installed on all of my bikes. Makes a huge difference protecting my bikes and it looks awesome when you add gloss to a matte finish bike. It does take time to install but watch the videos and it is worth it. And the fact that you can replace individual pieces is awesome.

This is my second bike I've put RideWrap on (plus I've applied my sons to his bike) and I am more than happy with the product. The pieces have always been the correct size with no alterations needed. It does take a while to do a whole frame but definitely worth it in the long run.

RideWrap is an exceptional quality product for expensive bikes. I have had great experiences with several different wrap protections from RideWrap. I highly recommend RideWrap to preserve the paint job on your expensive bike!

Ordered full MTB wrap set, but never recived the product. Couldn't reach the customer service Luckly I paid trought PayPal which they took care of the refound.

Really happy with my RideWrap kit for my BMC. Installation was manageable, and the result looks really sharp; you can barely tell the protection film is on there. My Roadmachine still looks brand new, even after putting in the miles on various surfaces. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my frame is well-protected against rock chips. A solid investment!The durability of the film seems excellent so far, which is exactly what I expect from a premium product.

Que dire.... produit au top... juste que j ai eu un peu de mal a le placé,car c etais la première fois que je mettais une protection cadre sur un de mes velo.. mais j en suis ravi!! Car tres bonne qualité de produit!!

Got the custom full kit for my Enve MOG. This was my third bike to get a RideWrap, so application was no issue. Fit is great as well as the quality. Bike is almost fully protected, which is great on an expensive frame like this.
Also great to maintain a good resale value on your bike.

Very nice customer service, for first time installation was not so easy as I thought and had some imperfections, but in the end of the day job was done!!

My first eMTB was pre-owned and had heaps of little cleaning scratches on the frame. RideWrap made it look like new again, which was awesome.
I’ve now upgraded to a brand-new eMTB and just wanted to enjoy riding without stressing about damaging it—and RideWrap definitely helps with that peace of mind.
As for installation, if you take your time with the prep and follow the instructions, it’s not too difficult to get a great result.
One thing to note though: some product decals come in the box, but I couldn’t find anything that says whether they should go under or on top of the wrap. I’d suggest not putting them underneath, as they can leave some pretty ugly edges showing through.

The material was easier to apply with the film mix as opposed to dry application of tape. However I got the covered package instead of complete coverage. There wasn’t nearly enough film for basic coverage. It was still pricey $70 for generic film. The complete may have been better but too expensive at $135

Good frame and fork protection. Patience required for installation but not too difficult. I recently damaged the top tube wrap by using an old style frame contact bike rack. I was able to order the single piece I damaged and replace it. It's great they sell individual pieces so you don't have to buy the whole kit again.
