★☆☆☆☆ One-Star Review – Unpaid Affiliate Commissions and Lack of Communication

I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Ridhi Block Print as an affiliate partner.

According to my UpPromote affiliate dashboard, I have $627.17 in approved commissions, yet I have received no payment. Despite contacting the team multiple times by email to request payment and seek clarification, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

As an affiliate marketer, I invest time, resources, and advertising costs to promote a company's products and generate sales. Affiliates deserve timely payment for their approved commissions, along with clear and professional communication from the companies they support.

Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating due to the outstanding payment and the lack of a meaningful response to my repeated inquiries. This situation raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of the affiliate program.

My advice to other affiliate marketers: Please exercise caution before investing your time or advertising budget in this program. I strongly recommend keeping detailed records of your commissions, payment terms, and all communications with the company. Based on my experience, I would encourage other affiliates to seek clear confirmation of payment procedures before committing significant resources to promoting this brand.

I hope Ridhi Block Print will take this matter seriously, respond to my previous emails, and settle the outstanding approved commissions promptly. Affiliate partnerships should be built on mutual trust, transparency, and respect for the work that affiliates contribute.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this affiliate program based on my experience.

I ordered matching items and they sent one of them with a different pattern. I replied to the customer service email, no reply. I want to return but cannot without their help.

I got the wrong napkins and I’ve messaged customer service with no response

I reached out to return an item and the response time for replies was around 24 hours. They sent me the address on where to ship it and requested that I send the tracking number. Per the tracking number the item was delivered two weeks ago and I have heard nothing since then, despite repeated outreaches to confirm it was received. Really, really disappointed.

The product is beautiful! Will be ordering additional product. Would give it a 5+, but had to factor in the shipping element of the purchase.

Keep in mind that shipping comes from outside the USA. Count on it taking 3-4 weeks to receive. My order missed the event I needed it for by a week. I still kept it because it was SO PRETTY! Just plan ahead.
FYI, customer service was honest about the fact that it probably wasn’t going to make it in time when I called about the site stated “waiting for information” (paraphrasing) after 10 business days from order date. Points to them for being honest. Love that!

Easy order.. good communication. Nice quality.

Only concern is i dont seem to be able to find the opening to insert the pillows into the pillow sham.

I bought the lovely pink pomegranite table cloth for my large dining table. It's beautiful, well made and didn't cost a fortune.

The tablecloth is high-quality, and everything I’d hoped for—and, of course, the price can’t be beat. I am so impressed, in fact, I recently placed my second order.

I ordered 3 tablecloths in beautiful color combinations, one of which was bundled with napkins in the same pattern. Unfortunately, the “bundle “ didn’t match , although both were pretty on their own. The customer service in responding to this was outstanding and although due to different dye lots,I was unable to get a match, they nicely refunded me.

I ordered two tablecloths and am very pleased. The fabric quality was very good, the colors are vibrant and the fit is as expected. I'm quite happy with my purchase. Delivery took a couple weeks, but timing wasn't unexpected.

The table cloth is beautiful in our kitchen. The delivery was quick and the quality of the product was excellent.

Don't understand their good reviews. We ordered a king-sized quilt. On arrival, found we liked the fabric and print but the quilt was not the size indicated on the web site and was too small for the bed. There was virtually no overhang on the sides or at the end. I am now struggling to return the quilt with absolutely no response on their end to my repeated requests for return instructions. My last email told them I would start fraud proceedings with my bank if I continued to receive no response. We'll see...stay tuned.

Buyer beware! We received our king size quilt with the pattern printed incorrectly so that it did not match the shams. We reached out twice via email (they were unresponsive to both emails) we finally contacted someone over chat. They told us twice that we were in the wrong and must have ordered the incorrect size. We did not. We have a standard king size bed and ordered a king size quilt and shams. After some back and forth they became unresponsive again and we are left with an incorrectly printed quilt and no resolution. I would never buy from this company again.

I realized the tablecloth was too small for my table and emailed to return. They completely ignored my emails/chat/message on IG. (No number to call about a return address/procedure). The tablecloth also had a ten inch additional piece sewn across the end so the tablecloth looked pieced together. Poor quality. Poor customer service.
