Waited about 4 months in total for nothing. They can’t do anything without payslips from 24/25 year and it’s impossible to get them all from ex employees

I needed help with my refund and the tax specialist i had which was James Pepper was perfect and when i didn’t know what i was doing he talked me through it and made it easy to digest, i would highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back, i’ll be asking for james again.

Hi Samuel, We are very sorry to hear that you feel it took too long for your claim to be calculated. At the time you registered to use our services, we were experiencing our busiest period of the year, and customers were advised that the estimated timescale for allocation to a tax specialist was up to 10 weeks. I can see that once your claim was assigned to a tax specialist, it was calculated within 7 days. To help maximise any future claims, I would recommend keeping all receipts where possible or paying by bank card, as bank statements can often be used as evidence to support claims for eligible expenses. Long & length process, I can imagine it’s HMRC side taking a while as they love to do. The ever so brilliant HMRC doing wonderful work as usual, great.
