I’ve been consistently disappointed with the delivery service from Right Dose Pharmacy. My medication always arrives late, leaving me without a supply for circa half a day.
An example of this would be today. My previous cycle finished on 7th September. I have medications that I take in the morning (7:30am), noon & evening. They sent my box out too late meaning I wasn’t able to take my morning medication until 2pm today.
It’s crucial to receive medication on time, especially when it’s supposed to arrive at least 5 days before the current cycle ends. I will be reaching out to customer services to voice my concerns and raise a formal complaint.
Right Dose Pharmacy needs to improve its delivery times to ensure patients/customers like me never face a medication shortage.
Why do you not send out a patient’s prescription to them early?!

I have been with Rightdose for about 6 months. I get my medication delivered in pouches. I have been chasing my medication because it was not delivered last week when I was expecting it. On the phone today it was confirmed they no longer do NHS prescriptions. I have been left with no meds and no communication for a week. This is absolutely appalling. I am totally disgusted with Rightdose and would have given no stars at all if the option was there!
I found that you are a quick, efficient and helpful pharmacy service. I appreciated the updates by email on the progress of my orders. I've recommended Rightdose to friends and colleagues who use similar, or the same, medications when doing shift work or who have hayfever like myself. I know that two friends have also used your service. I hope to order again soon. Thank you....

AVOID - Absolute Joke of a Pharmacy.
Signed up in April. Took till July to be onboarded. (Messy process and unclear to the consumer!) Order next months medication which was due 18th August. Late. App told me to call the pharmacy directly. No immediate response, will call back. Called back and told that I missed the deadline for this months run!?!? (I ordered at the earliest point I possibly could!) and my prescription has been sent back to the NHS spine. Also, told they are now not providing for NHS England from 3rd Sept.... Avoid unless you want stress. I don't think they understand how vitally important medication is for people...

Delivery was prompt but didn’t get exactly what I asked for and when I asked for to be informed of the item I was looking for I got no reply. Also I had to keep sending emails regarding something I had never ordered and was told it was an email error and something to do with a template.

I have today been informed the they will no longer be trading using the pouch service from 3rd September. I only found this out by calling they to check they had my prescription, which they did not have. They wont be able to fulfill the order. Not a happy customer, back to queuing at a pharmacy.
Why are you still telling people they can order pouches ????

Terrible service, I always had to chase up my medication myself, and now to top it off they are stopping the pouch service in England. Taking my prescriptions to Pillo.co.uk, let's see how I get on.

Great idea. Absolutely awful execution of idea and shoddy unreliable service!
People who need meds made-up this way are often vulnerable and Ill!
The Medication often arrived 2 days after the start date written on packaging and no one seemed to twig "oh that's late"... so several times I had to go without needed and prescribed meds which messes up mental and physical health. Then there was never any empathy on phone, that is when you can get through.
I've changed over to super drugs equivalent service as

After reading many reviews a month or to ago, I decided to use Right Dose. I was fed up of the monthly palaver of filling my pillboxes.
The first month, there was a mix-up. Apparently two people with my surname Fran***** were on their ‘system’.
The other person had ordered directly on their website, at the same time my prescription from my GP went through. I ended up receiving all his medication!
I received mine 3 days later, after having run out of mine.
I had repeatedly told them that my meds needed to be delivered in good time. So here I am again, with no meds (they have all gone). A GP prescription that was ordered 8 or 9 days previous.
Chat messages on the Rightdose App ignored. When speaking with a customer advisor, I was told, after I asked about having a look on their system for an update on whether they had received my prescription. "We don't have a computerised system” From my previous phone calls with their supervisors, I was told it's done on spreadsheets!
Finally to add insult, I received an email saying due to higher than expected demand in England and Government payments, not keeping up with the costs of medicine, they were pulling out of England.
This company was far too out of its depth. Given all the advertising on Facebook, serves them right.

Thanks you for your reply Right Dose. The problems probably start right from the top. You need more support from the bosses.
