Initially the services was fine. But when we picked up the tiles at hone. The were a few tiles which were broken.
When we returned the broken tiles we were told that we should just notify them when we require a replacement we will get them the next day. So the person who had dealt with us was contacted via wattsapp and he confirmed the request. Then after that there was nothing. So then went my self to pick up the tiles on Saturday. They initially said that there was no pick on the weekend. Which I understood. I then asked about the order, they looked at the system add said there was nothing. I said my son and talked to someone and definitely had been ordered.
The person then starting attitude. His words we're, am a magician if there nothing in the system and show me proof.
I then asked my son to send proof. He then sent the wattsapp message indicating the PROOF. Then he started with more attitude. Again saying I am not a magician. But I said you asked for proof and I have provided. It is the people in the business to update the system. He then swore at me. Also continuing attitude. During that time other people who worked were there. Then one of the employees came behind the counter and started to push me out.
Just to clarify we ordered the replacement on a Thursday and after chasing them we received it on the following Tuesday.
So overall though is that they are rude, they will swear at you and you will not provide a next day order.

Service was friendly quick and provided much needed information and help.
Refund process is quick and hassle free.
Great variety of quality stock to select from.

Great selection of different finishes and patterns of high-quality rectified tiles. That's what got us into the shop. We left with boxes of these tiles because of the excellent and accommodating customer service from Zarak, what an absolute star! That man is a credit to the company and just added the icing to the cake of an overal excellent experience.

Very disappointing experience with this company. Stay away for your peace of mind.

I placed an order for standard off-the-shelf tiles with no bespoke requirements or discounts involved. Within roughly an hour, due to changed circumstances, I requested cancellation before any delivery, collection, or processing had taken place.

Despite this, I was informed that a 20% cancellation charge of £400 would still apply.

What disappointed me most was not just the policy itself, but the sales tactics of the staff. They distract you with offer of coffee, drinks, and other non related discussion. Sales guys Waleed and Ali were extremely pushy to get the payment. At no point, they mentioned 20% cancellation charge. It was mentioned in a fine print at their sales invoice.

Customers should be aware of how aggressively the cancellation policy is enforced, even in situations where no actual service or delivery has occurred.

Buy with this shop, If you want to experience how consumers are treated in a third world

Order was not fulfilled .
Truly atrocious communication and creative excuses.
Do not waste your money or time with this organisation.

I had a fantastic experience at Right Tiles in Hanworth while sourcing tiles for my bathrooms and lounge.

The service was top-notch from day one. On our very first visit, we met Parth, who was so welcoming and helpful. He even made us our first round of coffees! It was because of Parth’s excellent initial impression and great service that we decided Right Tiles was the right place for us.

From that point on, Najam took care of us, and he was absolutely brilliant. He is the definition of professional - knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and remarkably patient. Even though we visited the showroom many times (and took up quite a bit of his time!), he was always happy to help and kept the coffee flowing on every single visit!

Najam’s eye for color combinations was spot on. With his expert guidance, we selected floor, wall, and feature tiles that look stunning together. We’ve had non-stop compliments from everyone who has seen the finished rooms on how perfectly everything complements each other.

I recently visited Right Tiles in Isleworth and had a really good experience with Ash and Saqib. They were very helpful and easy to talk to.
They explained the different types of tiles in a simple way, like what works best for kitchen or bathroom, which ones are strong, and which are easy to clean. This made it much easier for me to choose.
They were patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me at all. Overall, great service and I’m happy with my visit.

Great experience dealing with Right Tiles Isleworth and I was well looked after by Ash. I was specifically looking for 120 x 60 cm tiles and Right Tiles didn’t only have many options to choose from, they also had many available in stock. Prices were reasonable and the tiles were delivered a few days after I placed my order. Correspondence was simply and fast via WhatsApp. Two tiles arrived damaged but it didn’t matter, as we cut them to fit a smaller area.
